Jorah snapped out of his suprise and dove into position, coordinating with Ebony for a double attack on Avery and Pamela. Their combined strength was too much for their opponents, sending both of them over their broom. Unfortunately, the bludger richocheted with enough force that Winnie and Quinn were also sent to the ground. Oooooh nooooo. With bated breathe Jorah watched as Winnie was, but while Quinn crashed below. Im so sorry Quinn. Jorah was his own worst enemy at this point.

While she adored being a keeper and had done so for almost the entirety of her time at Hogwarts, Atlas still loved the thrill of taking a more offensive approach. If she had the Quaffle, her goalposts were safe. So in a way, she was still making sure Ravenclaw couldn't start running up the score. Her competitiveness didn't necessarily care about the method to victory as long as she could help her team get there.

Darting forward, Atlas pressed into an aggressive offense to keep the quaffle contested. She had no need to play things safe and this was the game to let everything go. Again and again Atlas pushed to contest the quaffle and only overcommitted a single time. With the Ravenclaw goalposts open, it was easy enough to score. All she had to do was get the quaffle and the rest was settled. Putting up sixty points in a short burst, Atlas could feel her adrenaline coursing through her. While Ravenclaw was able to get a singular score, she knew the trade was overwhelmingly in their favor if she continued to press them.

Keepers Catch
10% chance to automatically block an attempt to score a goal as long as the Keeper is in the goal area. If an attempt to score has been blocked through this effect, the Keeper may as a free action hurl the quaffle at the opponent team in an attempt to injure a player of their choice (it would be recovered with a quaffle grab action) and treated like a bludger or pass the quaffle to a team mate. This must be declared by the Keeper if either of these free actions are to be utilized.

Evasive Maneuvers
Harder to hit on average, 10% on auto-dodge chance that anything that targets this wizard automatically misses. This is rolled separately from the attack roll.

Broom: Varapidos (+3 to all stats) (Enganação. This literally means "cheat" and is a basically the art of sleight of hand for Brazilian Quiddich players. When a Quiddich player attempts to use the "cheat" action where they attempt to cast a spell while in a game, they succeed once per game automatically. Must declare alongside cheat action. All subsequent attempts to cheat have a 10% automatic "not noticed by the spectators" effect.)

Callum continued his unrelenting howl of boo’s toward the Ravenclaw beater. A few distasteful words might have slipped in there, but they easily got drowned out by the students in the stands. The only time his boo’s turned into cheers were when Atlas scored four times against Ravenclaw, bringing the Puffs up to an outstanding 80-30 lead, sending the stands into a frenzy.

Not to sound rude, but Aston was a bit surprised he was still on the bench, it was rare for them that the first one knocked down wasn't a beater. Aston is happy about it though, it's a good sign right? The more people they have left the better, even if it means he has less time playing the game.

Avis continued on her miserable way around the pitch, watching the action unfold within. The flash of adrenaline from her successful had all but disappeared and now she wished she’d been a tad bit more discreet. Oh well, a measly old penalty lap wasn’t about to stop her! The game was only just beginning after all.

SECOND STRING

A nice contrast to all of the negativity that had been around, all of the benched players decided to spread some positivity and cheer on their teammates. Aston, Callum and Landon would loudly cheer on Jorah, Daphne and Atlas respectively, bolstering their teammates. Andy however, would just be a little too quiet, and his cheers would get lost in the crowd of others.

DEBUFF FOULS

It did seem like the seekers had forgotten what they were actually meant to do in this game, as both of them had their eyes set on different targets. Aly was aimed towards Atlas, elbows ready to cob, but Atlas would dodge out of the way as they headed off towards the quaffle. However, she was at least able to style it out and make it look intentional enough that the referee wouldn't notice.

What the referee would notice, however, is Daphne intentionally throwing herself between Aly and whatever she was up to, throwing the Ravenclaw seeker off-course on her chase phase.

"Sapphirus! Penalty lap! Jeez, Hufflepuff, calm down."

QUAFFLE ROLLS

Atlas would continue the offensive defense by going for the quaffle yet again, this time against Damien. The young Ravenclaw tried his best, and probably would've done well against any other, but up against seventh-year Atlas, there was no contest. She snatched the quaffle up again and again, scoring goal after goal for Hufflepuff.

"And that is another 50 points for Hufflepuff, bringing them to, what is it now, 130? Ravenclaw have a little bit of catching up to do!"

BLUDGERS

The beaters would retreat and go on the defense, on both sides. Ebony would watch Aly with a keen eye, protecting from any impending threats, whilst Sage would do the same for Lyanna, and Fire for Atlas. Jorah however, would take the offensive route, and shoot a bludger towards Daphne, who was too busy blocking Aly to see it coming, as it sent her flying off her broom. At the same time, the other bludger, not one to be ignored, would retaliate and target Sage, who was arguably too on it running defense for Lyanna, as it'd just catch her, but not enough to take her down. Jorah's hit would then direct to Atlas, allowing Fire to prove himself as he nobly took the bludger for her, being saved by Lyanna.

"Ooh, that's a hit and a half by Moussa towards Sapphirus! Looks like she might not have to do a penalty lap after all! And seems that Willows has just been clipped by the other bludger - oh but that's a Davies down! Wait, no, Oak has come to save the day."

As all this happened, Winnie and Mikey would head back to where Winnie's broom was floating, returning her to her broom. Because Lyanna was so keenly waiting, as soon as Fire fell from his broom, she'd be ready to catch him and bring him right back.

Outcome

• Andy fails to cheer loud enough for Aly.
• Callum cheers for Daphne, giving her +1 to all stats.
• Landon cheers for Atlas, giving her +1 to all stats.
• Aly tries to cob Atlas, but Atlas evades. Aly is not caught though.
• Daphne snitch blocks Aly successfully, giving Aly -10 to accuracy for this round (irrelevant now), and makes her repeat another round of her chase phase. She is caught and must do a penalty lap.
• Atlas scores 50 points for Hufflepuff, the score is now 130-30 to Hufflepuff
• Jorah bludgers Daphne for 1823 dmg, she is KOB and cannot be saved. Her broom is also broken.
• The rogue bludger targets Sage, and does an impaired hit, dealing 63 dmg.
  Jorah's ricochet targets Atlas, who is defended by Fire. Jorah hits and does 1367 dm, so Fire is KOB.
• Fire passes the stamina DC, so can be saved by Lyanna, who saves him, and then returns him to his broom.
• Mikey returns Winnie to her broom.
• Camilla, Avis and Mamori complete their penalty laps.

Interacting with Daphne, Jorah

As Aly continued to keep an eye on the Snitch, a yellow blur in front of her suddenly threw her off guard. The Hufflepuff Seeker, @Daphne Sapphirus, had decided to give up on her quest for the Snitch and apparently just mess with Aly; thoroughly distracted, it took a moment for the seventh-year to find the Snitch again. "Real sportsmanlike," she muttered underneath her breath (as if she hadn't been guilty of cheating many a time); luckily, the ref had spotted the dirty cheat and was sending Aly's opposing Seeker on a penalty lap.

Somehow, that didn't seem enough, and Aly managed to catch the eye of her most prolific Beater, @Jorah Moussa. She jerked her head in Daphne's direction, and almost before she could so much as blink, Jorah had sent Daphne toppling from her broom with a well-placed Bludger. Aly smirked. She wasn't one for revenge, usually, but Merlin, that did feel good.
