Her lineage is from India but her grandfather had settled in London which is why she was born and brought up there. Her grandfather is also a fellow Gryffindor. He was a well known Auror at his age and regarded as 'the hunter' for how he hunted down the dark wizards at his time. Regardless of his fierce nature in his youth, he is kind, gentle and pampering towards his grandchildren.
Ira is a pureblood. Her father is Aarav Ray, working at the ministry and mother is Supriya Ray, a healer. Her father is an investigator at the ministry. His knowledge, practical skills and calmness helped him get there. Her mother is a soft and gentle soul. She couldnt bear how much helpless a person feels when their near and dear ones suffer so she took up this profession to help other people. Supriya and Aarav met at Hogwarts during their academic years and got married later. Her maternal side of the family is also loving and kind. They were mistly from Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff. Her mother is an only child, thus Ira is badly spiled by her maternal grandparents as she is the first born. They care for magical creatures and her grandma is a herbologist. Her paternal aunt was also a Gryffindor. Her children are way older than Ira so they graduated quite a long time ago. They are a happy family and sometimes visit each other's homes once in a while. Ira has a younger brother, Arush Ray who is 8 years old. She wishes to be an Auror when she grows up. She used to hear a lot about Hogwarts from her grandfather which was why her excitement had increased tenfolds after she had received her letter.

When she was at the age of 5, she got into a fight with her friends over a ball as she wanted to be the one throwing first, she was so angry that she made the ball explode, leaving the kids confused and afraid. Soon her grandfather looked into the matter and made sure they were not hurt. This incident marked her first instance of Magic.

Her father, Dorian Avazando, works in the Ministry under Magical Law Enforcement and he is a complete stern and traditional man that values heritage above all else. Her mother, Selene Avazando, on the other hand was a pure-blood originally from Whitethorn family. She was adept in spells and excels in Charms and Transfiguration. She was the one who always enforce perfection at Avali's studies and appearances as she does believe that discipline and image marks a true wizard (which Avali mentally disagrees at). She have three siblings... Caelum, the eldest son. Liora, the eldest daughter. Her... and the youngest child, Elias. She loves her siblings much, but inside the walls of their manor, she was powerless against the belief that seemed to have engraved itself into the pillars of their home.
Liora was the epitome of an ambitious lady that is skilled in many things. Unlike her and the two other boys, Liora was the only one who embraced their family's ideals wholeheartedly. To Avali, she knew that Liora's ambition was to be recognized but despite her efforts, she's still overshadowed by Avali's performance at her young age. This made their relationship estranged and strained as the girl consider her to be a rival instead of a sibling. Elias, on the other hand was the youngest and the rebel of the family... openly clashing against the family ideals. Avali holds a soft spot to her little brother and often helps him get away with trouble sometimes, but right when she received the letter of acceptance to Hogwarts, he ran away from home and she never heard from him again. Caelum... the eldest... was once the pride of their family. He is a powerful wizard that excels at almost everything. To Avali, he was perfection. But still, expectations will drown anyone sooner or later. After his passing, his name became associated with shame and disappointment... something that she resented deep within her core. His memory still haunts Avali and that shapes her fear of failure and her quiet rebellion to be free from her family's constraining views.

From that night onward, the expectations began. She was no longer just the youngest daughter… but the one who embodies the Avazando legacy and the one who could not falter. And since then, that grief became inseparable from that crushing weight of perfection that followed.

Before Hogwarts Julia grew up with her mother who is a witch and her muggle father in Sunninghill, just a bit west to London. It was a rather happy and normal life. They live in a small house in a muggle community where Julia went to a normal school with her peers from the neighbourhood before receiving her letter.
Her mother, born and raised by wizards, always found muggles interesting and loved them to a degree where she decided to spend her life as a muggle (for the most part anyways - if it weren't for those inconveniences that come with muggle life. Sometimes magic simply is more convenient...). During her Hogwarts years she was unfortunate enough to be mostly surrounded by arrogant people looking down on muggles and muggle-born. And when in her sixth year her parents died in short succession, her decision festered to leave that life and her (unfortunately) toxic friends.
So after graduating Hogwarts she found a job as librarian. This is also where she met Julia's father who sometimes went to the library for the newest book releases. 'Sometimes' became 'often' and 'frequently', and eventually Julia's father took the courage asking the young librarian out on dates.
Two years later, they got married and got Julia. By that point, Julia's mother had kept her magic secret for the most part. She kept her origins secret, too afraid he would think of her as a freak, and when they were married she kept missing the timing to tell him. But when Julia showed signs of magic, there was no denying it, and she took the time to tell her husband. When Julia was older she was often told how surprised her father was finding out about this whole other world. Luckily, he was more curious about this side of his wife than angry or frightened by the magic. The little moments that his wife indulged his curiosity became the small moments Julia got to experience magic in her life. Julia, like her father, found joy in the little 'tricks' her mother showed and kept pestering her with countless questions everytime.

ReducioFirst Instance of Magic:287 WORDS.My name is Juniper Lewis Frost. I was born on a dark, cold winter night, as snow fell on the rooftops. It was December 28, 2013, in a Scottish town whose name I don't know. But I don't know any more than that; my mother doesn't like to talk about it.
Shortly after my birth, my parents moved to London in search of a quieter life. I grew up there, in the Westminster area, near major tourist attractions like Big Ben and Buckingham Palace.
My parents were never very present; it was Fiona, my governess and tutor, who raised me. The only person I've ever been able to trust. I learned everything from her. Fiona guided my first steps, read me stories at night, and played with me.
Over the years, I've developed a deep hatred for Muggles, fueled by my family's opinion. They rejected us years ago; the Frosts will never forgive them. The worst part is that they dare to bring wizards into the world. But what disgusts me most, of course, are those wizards who mix their blood with the foul blood of a Muggle.
My parents long believed I was a Squib. For years, I lived in fear: the fear of not being a true wizard and of dishonoring my family. Fortunately, my first signs of magic appeared at the age of 8.
At nine, I realized I was looking at boys. I mean, really looking at them. I thought about it for a while before admitting it to myself: I'm gay. No one knows, not even Fiona. I don't even want to think about what would happen if my parents found out. I've decided to keep it to myself to avoid trouble.

Character Backstory:ReducioRose, more commonly known as Rosie, was raised in a wealthy pure blood household who kept their status secret until Rose came of age. It was a pleasant surprise when they found out about Rose’s letter to Hogwarts. Her parents were Aurors, but as a cover, they told everyone they were doctors.
She was always loved by her teachers, a bright and mysterious child. She was always surrounded by a group of friends but was still an introvert. She had a good social and academic life.
She was raised in London, a big city, but not big enough for all her dreams and aspirations. She was born to Vivienne and Alan Anderson, alongside her twin sister Briar and her brother Axel. Vivienne and Alan met at Hogwarts in their sixth year. They both had a common goal- to become Aurors. They worked hard, and eventually achieved it. After that, they settled in a mansion. Even though they were rich, they were known for being humble and kind, always ready to help anyone in need.
After four years of getting married, Alan and Vivienne, Axel. Axel was the complete opposite of Rose, extremely mischievous. Wherever there was chaos, there was Axel. One year later, they had their set of twins, Rose and Briar. Briar was a mix of both her siblings, often creating trouble, but staying dedicated and sincere in the field of academics.
Rose often used to be referred to as spoiled, but she was the exact opposite. She was introverted but kind at the same time.

Character Backstory:ReducioIt's on a cold day of november that An Nhiên De Angelis gave birth to a little girl, her first and only child. She named her Giselle, a french name that sounded poetic, beautiful for her. Children weren't named like that anymore, but one thing about An was that she never did things like others did. She was a wizard from a big Vietnamese pure-blood family. For her parents, the most important thing was blood, keep the line pure with wizards of the same nationality and the same status. Obviously, she didn't want to be part of this so when she hit her twenties, she left Viêt Nam for Italy, where she felt like she could breathe. Not because it was prettier, not because it was more peaceful, just because she was away from her own family, from the monsters that gave her birth. She met Andrea De Angelis after one year of living in North Italy. He was also from a rich, powerful family of pureblood wizards and just like her, he wanted to escape. They fell in love on the day they met and decided to get married and have a child. Not to keep the pure blood running- anyways, their kid was mixed, not one hundred percent vietnamese or italian. They did all that for love, and with that desire to escape. For them, that baby was their way to officialise the marriage, their love, and their rebellion. So soon after Giselle's birth, they completely changed their surroundings and settled in Edinburgh, Scotland.
Giselle's childhood was pretty calm, cozy and simple. She had two loving parents, a home and fun; that's all she needed. With the help of her mother, she learned quickly how to read and how to write. Homeschooled because of her true nature, she spent most of her time in her bed learning new things that probably would be helpful for her later when she'd go to hogwarts. Her parents would've loved her to go to Beauxbatons but with this life in Scotland, she'd go to the nearest magical school. Talking about magic, it passionated the young girl. Soon enough, she'd make her first instande of magic and on the summer of her eleventh year, she'd receive her letter to Hogwarts. It was a pretty big step for the girl who wasn't like anyone. She wasn't like other girls; more shy, more educated, less talkative but as magical as the others...

Maeve was born in Australia with her three siblings,twins Millo and Milla, and little sister Jenny. When Maeve was young, her parents investigative journalists moved the family to the UK for a job. As they moved on work visas, the kids remained Aussie citizens. Tragically, her parents were soon assassinated due to their dangerous jobs. Their maternal aunt and uncle stepped in as temporary legal guardians rather than adoptive, but were emotionally cold and unprepared for the sudden responsibility.When Maeve was eight, her guardians died in a nighttime car crash. Since the family was already living in England, the UK foster system stepped in. A wealthy maternal relative in Bracknell stepped up, but decided to only register and take custody of Maeve herself, completely cutting her abandoned siblings off to the authorities. He singled Maeve out due to a petty grudge against her parents, finding her mature quiet demeanour annoying compared to her mother’s. Consequently, her abandoned siblings got separated and scattered all over completely different foster homes in the general UK system, leaving Maeve behind completely.Living in Bracknell, Maeve earned her official British citizenship, and her godfather homeschooled her from age 8 to 11, teaching her literature. Books became her vital escape, turning her into a highly independent but emotionally walled-off person until the day she got her acceptance letter.

When she was 10, still loves reading especially things about magic, her imagination was really big about fantasies. Her foster parent sometimes give her a schedule to go to nearest library across the house since he realized Maeve loves reading and her personal space.The owner of the Willian Library have known her since she went there often. In the Willian Library when she was reading and too into her imagination, she accidentally moved the ladder when she was zoning out and it got thrown across the library floor when she realized and panicked which makes her feel surprised somehow and try to process on how she did that because she was a magicless person but she chose to forget about it and went home after reading.She didn't tell her foster parent and keep it a secret.

- It still would not be possible, and would not make sense for Maeve to be adopted by someone else just because her uncle wasn't feeling up to the task, let alone across continents, and on top of everything only her out of her four siblings. If you want Maeve to be adopted by a foster family, they would need to move with her uncle, aunt, and the rest of her siblings, her uncle / aunt would need to die, and then she would be able to get adopted, along with her sibling, into a foster home. Please rewrite your backstory either following this storyline, or another that would make sense in this context!

- In this situation, it still would not make sense why the children are sent to the UK when foster families exist in Australia. It is extremely uncommon for this to even occur especially without legal guardians. Unfortunately, we cannot allow this route.
- The family would have to have moved to England before the uncle died and then placed into the UK foster system. On top of this, it is less common for the children to be split up and typically, the foster system tries their best to keep the siblings together.
- Please re-write the backstory with this information in mind.

Lana was born in a pure blood household. Her family didn’t have any pure blood manias but found it more advisable as pure bloods are more respected by the wizarding community. Both her parents were educated at Hogwarts, and her dad was a Slytherin while her mother was a Ravenclaw. Her mother's wizarding pure blood family were Indian, but she later shifted to London with her grandparents to study at Hogwarts. Her dad was from a native South Korean who also shifted to London to study at Hogwarts. However, she has inherited her Korean features from the father's side of the family. In London, she was sent to a local school nearby that educated young wizards about basic muggle skills like reading, writing etc. She had no siblings and her household was quiet as both her parents worked at the ministry and mostly were not home, but they usually visited India and South Korea to meet her wizarding relatives, which allowed her to be able to speak and write Hindi and Hangeul (Korean) fluently. Despite being popular at her school, she had a very small group of close friends and sometimes got bullied by older students. Nevertheless, she was courageous enough to stand up for herself and defend both her and her friends. She was sometimes called arrogant despite her sweet and innocent appearance, but she was only savage to unknown people and extremely friendly with her own best friends.

One day, at school, when she was just 8, Lana’s class had gone to a field trip to a nearby playground. All the kids were just playing around while Lana sat in the corner of the bleachers, quietly reading as none of her friends had actually come. Despite being popular in her grade, Lana had very few close friends. A group of older children came to her and began bullying her, calling her ugly and a squib. If there was one thing Lana couldn’t stand, it was disrespect. She bravely stood up to the bullies embarrassing them in public. She was so mad that she didn’t notice how all the swing violently began swinging across and all the kids jumped off. That day, her parents found out about the incident from the school headmaster who apparently thought that punching bullies in the nose was “inappropriate.”

David grew up in a more or less magical household. His father, Stanislav, is a wizard, but his mother, Veronika, is a muggle-born and never really understood the concept of magic. However, out of love for Stanislav, she has always respected it and has agreed to have David grow up in the Wizarding world. She still prefers to do all the household chores by herself, manually, and refuses any magical help from her husband.
His parents come from Montenegro and Poland, and because of an opportunity to work for the Ministry of Magic, where David’s father currently works, they moved to Edinburgh, Scotland when David was 9 years old.
With his family's recent move to Scotland, he sees joining Hogwarts as the best chance for him to grow and discover more knowledge and he's pretty sure that it will be his gate to being exactly the kind wizard he wants to be, as he is very ambitious and wants to show everyone in his magical side of family that even if his mother is a Muggle, he can be just as good, if not better than them.
David has a brother, who is 3 years older, but unfortunately he's gone missing 2 years ago.
These two shared quite a special bond - with David being the quiet, more disciplined one and whose presence has always been described as an "unnaturally gentle and mature for an 11 year old kid", while Jacob being the loud one, always looking for trouble. Yet, these differences were the bridge between them, as proved on many childhood countryside adventures where one had to rely on the other's character to bring them out of trouble. David has changed after Jacob's disappearance, naturally. And being put in Hufflepuff only strengthened his feeling of losing connection to his brother's identity, as he realised he won't be spending time in the Ravenclaw common room, which is a place Jacob got to call his home for three years at Hogwarts.

When his family was moving to Scotland, David was trying to carry a heavy box of his favorite toys down the stairs. His fingers slipped off the box and it started to fall. David started panicking that he might drop them. And then suddenly, the box floated gently down the remaining steps and positioned itself at the bottom of the staircase. His mother saw it and that was when she realised he was different and accepted it with her usual gentle confusion.

Aurelius was born safely in the family manor just outside of Cobh, Ireland. The only other wizarding family in the area was a family with 5 small children. Aurelius and his siblings were frequently called together to watch them. Aurelius grew up spinning fantastic stories of heroism and sacrifice, swords and sorcery, but was never brave enough to share them with anyone. He first started when his father came home and mentioned in passing that muggles read ‘fantasy’, where the protagonists wield strange magic and physical weapons to defeat great evils. Aurelius, only 6, figured he’d try that. His first stories weren’t too deep, but as he developed his talents, he became a master of characterisation, effortlessly spinning riveting backstories and drives for each member of the cast. Aurelius’ older siblings consist of one sister named Sinead who is 1 year older than him and one brother named Zeremen who is 5 years older than him. He has an excellent relationship with Sinead, but Zeremen picks on him a lot. Zeremen always tells Aurelius that he will never be good enough for Ravenclaw. All his family has been in Ravenclaw and is very prejudiced against other houses. His mother is an Auror for the Ministry of Magic and his father works in the Misuse of Muggle Artifacts Department. When he was sorted into Gryffindor, he was initially depressed before he realised everyone was put there for a reason, and that maybe his reason was to stand up to his family.

Aurelius first performed accidental magic when he was 5 and his older brother Zeremen had just stolen his toy broomstick for fun. He was so furious he doesn’t remember what happened, but he is told a huge wind swept up, knocked down his brother and brought the broom safely back to Aurelius’ hands.
