"Abandoned" Toilets PV Finished

Kaylie was about to leave but Grace stopped her "No! Stay! We can be friends if you'd like!" Grace yelled a bit, she was shocked that she actually did that, Grace never yelled except at her annoying brothers and her parents when she was younger, Grace looked at her "S-s-sorry, I don't know what came over me..." she said, in her normal calm voice, Grace stared at the window, she had no idea what time it was, Grace looked at Kaylie "Do you have a watch on you?" she asked, but Grace then stopped, what if Kaylie was a pure-blood? Do pure-bloods know what a watch is? Grace shurgged those thoughts away and looked at the stall the other girl, Ella was in "Hey! Ummm are you okay in there?" Grace asked her, a bit worried of her, she's been staying quiet for a long time, so Grace wanted to check on her, Grace waited for an answer, she held her open book in her arms as she waited, humming the same tune as before, she made that tune on piano when she was younger but didn't tell anyone except maybe preformed it in front of her whole muggle school and her family.

"I just wanted to say thank you. You know what? I changed my mind. I'd love to be friends with you. I mean that is if you'd like to be friends with me." Kaylie said, Grace smiled at her "Great! Oh! Did you hear about the ball? It's almost starting!" Grace was excited for the ball, she had everything ready in her trunk, and she's got a date. Grace twirled around, she wasn't a ballerina type, she was extremely clumsy, it was obvious when she almost fell while twirling, Grace laughed, and looked at Kaylie "I think we should just let Ella be, even though the toilets here don't work" Grace tossed her hair back and sat down at her corner, reading through her book "Oh right! You asked which book this is, right? It's just a Quidditch book" it was true, Grace was reading Qudditch Through The Ages for the tenth time now, she had all of it memorized by now, but still loved reading it, she had to get her Quidditch knowledge somewhere, and this was the best book she could find, Grace went back to reading her book, once she finished she put it in her bag, she dug through it for more books and came across some chocolate, it had nuts in them, Grace would never pack that, she gagged. "Oh, Kaylie do you want some chocolate? I can't eat them.. I'm allergic"

"I'm so excited for the ball. I bet everyone already has a date. You know except me" Kaylie said, Grace smiled "Oh, I have a date, but just as friends, my friend Savannah and I" Grace smiled and dug through her bag, there were some nut free chocolates so she opened them, but the were all squished up and melted. "That sucks"Grace thought at first Kaylie was talking about going with Savannah but then she said "But thank you for the chocolate. By the way, what are you allergic to? Just wondering." Grace smiled, "Lets see... I'm allergic to nuts, daisies and strawberries, but strawberries are the worst, for nuts my lips just swell, but for strawberries, my throat kinda swells or something, well I can't breath, and daisies aren't so bad, but I haven't seen one in years" Grace dug through her bag to check if her EpiPen was there, it was, she breathed a bit more calmly because before she was hyperventilating, Grace didn't like talking about her allergies much, it made those horrid memories come back, the allergy shots, the swollen lips, she couldn't breath, Grace shuddered and din't notice tears were dripping down her face, she saw Kaylie say something but couldn't hear, Grace took a deep breath, in and out, in and out, she clutched her chest, and her breaths became more even, Grace smiled at Kaylie a bit, those memories always haunted her, "Sorry, what were you saying?" she asked.

"I was saying we could make daisy chains, but then you said that you're allergic to daisy's so never mind." Kaylie said, Grace smiled showing it's fine. Grace looked back to her bag, she dug through it and got a book "Why do you come in here to read?" Kaylie asked "Oh- I usually read here because it's quiet and empty, I think most people are scared about the things in here" Grace's last experiences here weren't very good, she met the same boy twice here and he wasn't very nice to Grace, once Grace slipped and cut herself with glass, Grace had really horrible things happen to her here. But today was a pretty good day "I think it's getting a bit late... I might go a bit later" Grace stared at the ceiling, it was leaking and dripping in the stall where Ella was, Grace wanted to fix it but obviously couldn't reach it, she was too short, they really needed to fix this bathroom, when Kaylie scooted over to Grace, Grace noticed Kaylie cut her knee "Oh! Your knee is cut!" Grace got a bandage and put it on Kaylie's knee, Grace blushed again, her hair turning ombre bubblegum pink and her eyes turned pink again, for a bit longer but just 3 seconds. Grace looked outside, the sun was almost all the was down, Grace hated getting in trouble and the Ravenclaw tower was really high and it's a long way to go from here, 'Um I'm gonna go.. I'll see you at the ball! Bye!" and Grace left to her dorm, running as fast as she could, she got there in time and sat on her bed, opening her book.
