Hey Kylie!
There is already a Keeper of Lost Cities club that I believe is still active.
If you ever need a reference to find any clubs to make sure there aren't any duplicates, look here and it is also a good practice to register any future clubs you do as well.
Also, it is consider pretty unusual to pay to join a club, especially clubs that doesn't exactly donate to other people or contests of that sort (which I believe that this is mainly a sub-RP club). Usually, people ask for donations instead.

Technically speaking, it's not wrong to have a duplicate club but yeah, I would suggest closing since the club you are speaking of is already well-established so it would be very difficult to get new members.
