The Bench

The players on the bench were supporting their team to the best of their ability, Avery especially was getting plenty of cheers, well maybe not Lyanna, Aston doesn't know what happened but she somehow managed to boo at her own teammate instead of the Slytherin beater. In the mean time, Aamon and Jada were snacking, whatever they were having it certainly looked like it tasted good.

The Quaffle

The chasers were certainly putting in their best effort to get their hands on that quaffle, with the Slytherin team clearly choosing Rafal as their scorer, scoring 30 points for Slytherin which was probably made easier by the fact that the Hufflepuffs had no one guarding their hoops. Camilla, the one Hufflepuff chaser going for the quaffle did not disappoint their team, scoring 20 points for the team despite the worse odds.

The Snitch

The snitch and the seekers, it always a bit of a pain trying to see what's happening with it especially at the start of the game like this. Daphne looked like she was trying her best to find the snitch, sadly with no luck. Violeta though, looked like she was just doing nothing on her broom, flying about with no goals. Hopefully the girl will pay some more attention next round.

The Beaters

Probably the best part of Quiddich in Aston's humble and totally unbiased opinion, and the beaters here did not disappoint. Percival, unsurprisingly, sent out an impressive bludger hit at Camilla, she sadly couldn't avoid it in time and took the hit full force, sending her down off her broom without anyone able to save her. Soon the same fate was inflicted on Percival, this time by both beaters on the Hufflepuff team, them doing an excellent Dopplebeater Defense knocking Percival off the broom as well, once again with no one to save him. Avery especially was good, able to ricochet that bludger at Rafal, hitting the boy head on and leaving him barely holding on to his broom.

KOB fouls

Ah, what is Quidditch without some fouls, though it was only the Hufflepuff team doing it right now. The new team captain Mamori was leading by example, blatching at the distracted Violeta but with no success, instead all that he got was a penalty lap. Atlas fared much better, don't know if it was the experience or the fantastic broom but she knocked Oliver right down from his broom, though he is saved by Ceilia.

New captain, new mandate, same old lame Mamori missing his target entirely, alerting the ref in the process, and lapping the pitch in shame for the second time this season. The charitable explanation was that captain duties had eaten into his training hours, which he would absolutely never admit, preferring instead to credit the other side for their excellent evasion skills or claimed the thin air made it hard to conceal murderous intent. A lesson on the ancient arts of aerial ninja techniques from @Ruth Fairchild was looking increasingly necessary. On the positive side, his teammates had taken 'violence' to heart and buried both their most dangerous beater and their top scorer into the ground. Fun, @Camilla Carter had wanted to know before kickoff, and judging by how she went for the quaffle she'd had plenty before gravity took control. Womp womp. Ten points behind was nothing; next round, Hufflepuff would close it.

Jada watched as her teammates dashed across the pitch. Well, most of them anyway. She’d found some snacks nearby. She and Ammon, the benched beater, decided to eat them. Fueling for later, you know. Their team was winning by 10 points, hopefully they could keep this up all game.

A Slytherin girl with black hair caught his attention on the opposite team, and not only because she was close to the hot captain. She had that goth girl look that he could appreciate, competition aside. She looked at him at the wrong moment (or right, depending on who you asked) and ended up being on the recieving end of his taunts. It was not appreciated. Figured. But it had the intended effect. He got a venomous glare in return, making the grin on his face stretch wider.

When the game began, Gabriele sat on the bench, half-way out of his seat anytime Hufflepuff made some major moves for the quaffle. At this point in the game, it was a close tie with Slytherin slightly in the lead. "Come on! Kick them to the curb!" Anytime one of the Slytherin players crossed his line of sight, he booed so loudly the whole arena must have heard.

ABILITIES Obnoxiously Strong, Calming Presence (Allies are Slytherin Team), Foul Play BROOM EFFECT Reducio Enganação. This literally means "cheat" and is basically the art of sleight of hand for Brazilian Quiddich players. When a Quiddich player attempts to use the "cheat" action, where they attempt to cast a spell while in a game, they succeed once per game automatically. Must declare alongside the cheat action. All subsequent attempts to cheat have a 10% automatic "not noticed by the spectators" effect.[/size TRUNK The Firebird

As the whistle blown by the referee, indicating the game is finally underway, the Sixth year literally sat at the edge of their seat. Their green eyes watched their temmate whizzing on the air. One of the Chaser (Rafal) managed to score not just once but thrice for team Slytherin.

Percival proof to be one of the player that other team were fear of. He managed to KOB one of the Hufflepuff players. "Wohoo, Perc!"Cash cheered for their fellow dormmate. But that vicoty didn' last long as Percival also being knocked out from his broom and Rafal shared the same fate as Percy.

This is bad Cash thought to themselves. Though team Slytherin were down by two players, at least as if right now, the Cloud Cobras still leading by 10 points. The game was not over yet and they still have hope for this match.

Landon cheered for his teammate as he watched the match, smiling widely. He grinned even wider when Camilla managed to score twice, though his excitement was short lived. Soon Camilla was knocked off her broom, and Landon frowned, but he knew they would be okay. He watched other players get knocked off their brooms too, and this made him feel a little bit more hopeful. One chaser and one beater were down from the Slytherin team. Maybe luck would still be on their side after all. Landon continued to do what he was instructed to do, part of him longing to be playing but the other part of him happy to let Atlas be the Keeper for the match. Atlas was a formidable player and Landon only hoped he could live up to that one day.

'Quaffle.. have to grab the quaffle!', was all that went through Milica's mind as she soared through the air on her Silver Arrow. She quickly grew in confidence when she managed to grab it not just once, but twice, before immediately passing it to Rafal, resulting in twenty points for Slytherin. Rafal singlehandedly scored ten points as well, ensuring that their own team was ahead. She truly hoped it would stay this way. Rather than cheering on her teammates or looking happy, she simply smirked. It may have looked rather evil to people who didn't know her, but in fact, Milica was simply concentrated. She didn't exactly pay attention to the rest of the field except the bludgers, trying to put all of her attention towards the bloody quaffle, but didn't fail to notice that two of her teammates were knocked off their brooms. 'Violence, huh..', she remembered the Hufflepuff's captain saying.

Milica's evil smirk was quickly replaced by a stern frown, directed towards both the violent Hufflepuff Captain and the annoying Hufflepuff on the bench, who for some reason wouldn't stop booing her and her teammates. She tried to meet both their eyes and give another threatening glare, this time even more murderous than the previous one. Hopefully it would make an impact and the two would know their place, but she didn't expect much from them. In all honesty, she secretly quite liked their straightforwardness, but that she would never tell.
