Breakfast Time Friendships
May listens to this bickering as tears had been formed from all of this. Shifting uncomfortably by all this conversation as she didn’t mean to step on any toes or didn’t mean to be overbearing to anybody....sometimes she felt like hating herself for being so dense and for being friendly but she doesn’t want anybody to feel left out or alone.... She stands up at this point and wrings her hands feeling emotions about to burst open like a dam. Instead of feeling angry or hatred to Ivy she instead chose to wonder why Ivy seems to be having a bad day....
“I-I- I didn’t realize if I was being overbearing or over friendly really.....I just- Uh.” May bows her head and talks through gritted teeth.
“I’m sorry if I upset you today..I sometimes tend to forget that everyone has their own differences....I’m sorry Ivy. I will see you guys around but I need to head to my classes....” May says as she doesn’t glance up to see the rest of their gazes that had been fixed on her little speech, gathering her books and hugging them close to her chest.... She leaves with her head hanging low. Like a dog tucking her tail and ran.
Her father should be proud that she didn’t burst out into tears but instead tried her best to solve things on her own the best she can. But why does she still feel like she didn’t do anything but makes things awkward....

Breakfast Time Friendships
Interacting with @Adriel Greynore, @Leanne Chua and @Maxwell Maximus"What's wrong with being naive?"
Ivy turned her attention to Adriel. "What?" she hissed through clenched teeth. She really couldn't believe that she had asked this question.
The blonde Ravenclaw went on to explain, nearly tripping over her words as she spoke rapidly. "She's young, we're all young."
That may be the case, but Ivy had felt a hundred years old when she woke up that morning. Her heart had been heavy, the letter from her older sister glaring her right in the face on her bedside table and tone sharp with everyone she encountered.
"Naievity is a stepping stone in the path to growth. There's nothing wrong with being naive it just shows there is potential for growth. Everyone is naive at some point in their life and it is arguably the best point of their life."
No, it's not. It just makes it easier for people to use you.
Ivy regarded Adriel with cold fury, contemplating whether to say anything or not when a small voice spoke up. May. In her anger, Ivy had nearly forgotten she was there. The Hufflepuff looked and sounded as if she were about to cry.
Her quiet voice held a note of confusion and hurt. “I-I- I didn’t realize if I was being overbearing or over friendly really.....I just- Uh.” May ducked her head.
"Now I don't mean to speak for you. May I'm sorry in that regard." Adrial appeared to be apologizing... for what?
May didn't look up at any of them as she continued to speak, "I’m sorry if I upset you today..I sometimes tend to forget that everyone has their own differences....I’m sorry Ivy. I will see you guys around but I need to head to my classes....”
As the girl shuffled out of the Great Hall, hugging her books to her chest, a look of uncertainty and guilt passed over Ivy's face. It was quickly overtaken by irritation. Great. Thanks a lot for making me look even worse here, Ivy thought spitefully. Although it could be understood that May was upset, Ivy couldn't help but feeling mad that the girl had chosen to leave.
She turned to face the group at the sound of Adriel's voice. "Ivy I'm not sure what your problem is but it sounds like your just trying to start a fight. If your having a bad day I understand that but there is no need to take it out on others."
Ivy narrowed her eyes, unsure of how Adriel got this information of her bad morning. Could she read minds or something? Ivy got over it quickly. "When did I say I was having a bad day?" she sneered. "Unless you haven't noticed, it's only morning, or are you as dense as her?" Ivy jerked her thumb in the direction of May's retreating figure.
"And Leanne while I commend you on your efforts it seems Ivy just wants to rile you up."
"False. She yelled at me first."
"Confronting her in this manner is not going to do much else then lead to hurt feelings."
For the second time that morning, Ivy's grey eyes flickered upwards. "You sound like a teacher, and not in a good way," she informed Adriel. She knew she was just being unnecessarily nasty now, but she couldn't bring herself to stop. "Perhaps you should join them up there at lunch? I'm sure they would be delighted to hear of your intellect." Ivy gestured towards the teacher's table with a sneer.
"And you!" she spun to Leanne. "I don't even know why you got so angry with me. All I did was say a simple well-known fact and you attacked me for no reason. Perhaps you should learn to control your temper," Ivy added nastily. She couldn't seem to stop the words from taking place on her lips, as if she had been possessed or something. It was too late to take them back - all she could do now was wait for their responses.

Breakfast Time Friendships
@Adriel Greynore, @Ivy Bellamy and @Maxwell Maximus
If anyone asked, Leanne certainly did not explode. Especially because of a small matter like this. She had politely and casually asked those questions to Ivy, yet the other girl took offense to every word she mentioned. She did not ruthlessly interrogate the girl, so why did they think otherwise?
From a happy and lively table, it had suddenly turned into a hostile war zone, with Adriel and Ivy glaring daggers at each other, May as the wounded, and her as the medical personnel. She quietly went over to May, giving her a hug and some encouraging words, instead of participating in the argument. She knew by playing peacemaker, Leanne might accidentally add fuel to the ever-burning flame. Thus she sat at the side, sighing all the way. May finally broke down, running away from the Great Hall, tears in her eyes. She could only longing glance at her retreating figure, as leaving the bickering girls alone was calling for trouble. Later, I'll go see how she is.
Meanwhile, Ivy was still being extremely rude. "Perhaps you should join them up there at lunch? I'm sure they would be delighted to hear of your intellect." Leanne gasped. Did she not realise that she was indirectly criticizing every Ravenclaw in the process? What a bloody moron. That comment was simply mean, and Leanne wondered how much of an impact it would have on Adriel. Did Ivy seriously want to prove that everything she said was right, by retorting back to every comment; spoiling relationships, just to have her own way? That was her current impression of the Gryffindor girl.
Their bickering had attracted the attention of the nearby students, who were all betting which person would erupt next. Leanne sighed again (it was getting increasingly common this hour), and knew that this argument was blowing out of control. This needed to stop, Right Now.
Moving silently to sit next to Ivy, who was oblivious to her actions; Leanne, without warning, sharply thrust her wand right at the Gryffindor's throat, digging and twisting the sharp end of her wand to create a visible wound. She only felt a small tinge of guilt for her actions, but just a tiny bit. The wound was bleeding, a small stream of blood flowing out, but not too much. Leanne didn't want to injure her that much.
She could imagine Adriel's gasp of horror towards her actions, but paid no heed. Only by using some violence could this bickering stop; if she lost house points, it would be no matter; friendship and trust was more important to her. She conveniently ignored Ivy's gasps and grimaces, it was as if Leanne was suddenly devoid of all feelings of empathy.
"If I were you, I'll be more careful of my words from now onwards, Poison Ivy," She menacingly whispered, narrowing her eyes in annoyance. "After all, you're the hot-headed one, aren't you? I hope you genuinely enjoy cleaning up the mess you made, alone, since all your potential friends were scared away by your idiotic mindset and stupidity." Leanne gave one final twist of her wand, digging it deeper into the girl's flesh, and finally removing it. She grimaced at its strained red tip, reminding herself to scrub off this filth that was on it.
Still glaring at Ivy (who was most likely in shock over her injury), Leanne pulled Adriel's hand abruptly, gesturing to the entrance of the Hall. "Come on, let's find May." she clarified, and she shot one last look at the Gryffindor girl.
"Poison Ivy, the next time we meet, I hope it does not become like this."
With that, she left the Great Hall.

Leanne has left the thread, most likely to find May.

"Perhaps you should join them up there at lunch? I'm sure they would be delighted to hear of your intellect." Adriel was right about the tongue lashing and that felt like a slap to the face. She was probably better off having said nothing. This conversation only escalated issues further amd Adriel wasn't sure how to calm the situation down. "How did things go so wrong so fast? She wondered to herself as she watched Ivy spit venom. Maybe it would have been easier for her to just ask if anything was wrong.@Maxwell Maximus @Ivy Bellamy @Leanne Chua
Adriel let out an aggravated sigh the whole hall started to zone in on their dispute. She could here whispers of who would snap next. Adriel shook her head and gave Ivy a hard stare. Ivy- She was cut off before she could even get two words out. Adriels face contorted to one of horror as Leanne dug her wand into Ivy. "What is Leanne doing? She can't do that! It's hurting Ivy! "Leanne stop!" Adriel squeaked out to her in panic.
However, just as quickly as it started it was over. Leanne had whispered something to Ivy Adriel couldn't make out then pulled her wand away. She was still glaring down Ivy when she walked over and grabbed Adriel's hand to tug her away. She gestured to the entrance of the hall and Adriel wasn't sure what to do. "Come on, let's find May."
Adriel wanted to find May too but they shouldn't just leave Ivy like this. What about Ivy? Shouldn't we go with her to the hospital wing?" Adriel was still in disbelief of the whole situation it felt surreal. Adriel ended up following Leanne out. "Poison Ivy, the next time we meet, I hope it does not become like this." And with that they both left the great hall.

Breakfast Time Friendships
Interacting directly with @Leanne Chua
Mentions @Adriel Greynore and @Maxwell MaximusThe arguing had attracted a small crowd, but unlike the other two, Ivy did not care. Her reputation had already been ripped into shreds multiple times that week - there was nothing, really, to ruin. Adriel glowered at her. "Ivy-"
"What? Trying to talk more sense into me?" Ivy had completely lost control by now, her grey eyes bright and angry, cheeks flushed bright pink. "Well, let me t-"
But Ivy never got to finish her sentence. A sharp, stabbing pain alerted her to her throat and she choked. "Wh-"
It was Leanne. The sharp tip of her wand was jabbing sharply into Ivy's delicate flesh. Her face was blank, her eyes flashing darkly. For a moment, fear flashed through her body. She had never seen Leanne - or anyone like this - and it scared her. With her back against the table, there was nowhere she could run. Still, she kept her expression neutral, never for a second letting anyone know how trapped she felt. "Looking for even more trouble, Leanne?" She lifted her chin, grey eyes stony despite her mocking tone. Both of them ignored Adriel's squeak of horror and plead for Leanne to let go of Ivy.
Don't defend me.
"If I were you, I'll be more careful of my words from now onwards, Poison Ivy," Leanne hissed in her direction.
Ivy couldn't help but raise her eyebrows at the nickname, her bravado returning. "Ah, resorting to the cliche name. It's been a long time since anyone's christened me as such."
"After all, you're the hot-headed one, aren't you?"
"How flattering. I've never been called hot-headed before."
Leanne snarled. The usually-friendly Ravenclaw had turned savage in a matter of minutes, and it was a real sight to behold. "I hope you genuinely enjoy cleaning up the mess you made, alone, since all your potential friends were scared away by your idiotic mindset and stupidity."
Potential friends? No, Ivy had never intended to make friends with the group. She had wanted to stir up trouble. "Potential friends?" Ivy snickered. "Leanne, how positively stupid of you." She smirked at the girl, who glared at her, digging her wand even deeper into her throat. Ivy could not help a slight whimper emerging from her lips, the only sign of her pain. This seemed to work, because Leanne retracted her wand. The Gryffindor continued to stare her down, ignoring the stream of what must have been blood running down her throat.
Leanne glared back before turning to Adriel. "Come on, let's find May."
Adriel protested. "What about Ivy? Shouldn't we go with her to the hospital wing?"
Don't.
Defend.
Me.
Leanne looked at Ivy one last time. "Poison Ivy, the next time we meet, I hope it does not become like this." Then she pulled Adriel out of the Hall with her.
Ivy rubbed at her throat, letting out a shaky sigh of relief. Her fingertips came away stained with red. For a moment, shock rippled through her. Then fury. No one talked to Ivy Bellamy like that. Nobody. She glared at Leanne's back. "An eye for an eye," she whispered to herself. She wandered out of the Hall as if in a dream, plotting her revenge with fury. Next time they met, she would return the favour.Ivy leaves the thread.
