Just before dinner
The gathering in the Ravenclaw Common Room on the night of the 14th of December had been a trigger event, setting loose a chain of events that had grown beyond what any of them would have originally imagined when they'd been standing in their common room, the slanderous articles about their former Head of House plastered across every wall. Despite the incendiary setup, designed to fire up tempers, incite conflict, it had ended up being oddly... encouraging. It had urged people to step up, voice their opinions, and as it turned out, many of them were in agreement. It was likely not the result Donald Duck had imagined when they'd prepared the popcorn and sent out the invitations, but Dee found herself almost, reluctantly, grudgingly grateful. (She'd still hex them if she ever found out who it was.)

Like a pebble rolling down a mountain and causing a rockslide, events had taken their course. They'd started a collection of letters sent to the Ministry, demanding fair trial for Marcus as per Peri's suggestion, had been the beginning. Today, Dee was here to advertise for another major step. She didn't want to call it the finale; after all, they would keep going until their goal was reached.

The flyer in Dee's hands was based on her sketch, redesigned and realised with the support of her more artistically talented peers - and the Headliner equipment to print it, thanks to Peri's access to the school newspaper. The Monday after the Common Room Crisis Summit, they'd printed hundreds of them, flyer and poster-sized. Where the articles about Marcus had covered the Ravenclaw Common Room, they had decided to cover the school. They'd distributed them in classrooms, the library, their Common Room. Pinned them to the walls in the corridors.

Today, the last school day before the holidays, was going to be their last push, their last opportunity to advertise and recruit people. Dee, of course, couldn't do all that by herself, so she'd enlisted help. @Robin Marie and @Damien Dragonclaw had been among the volunteers, her team mate from broom racing, @Ari Gwild, and the tiny second year prefect with the pale golden hair, @Elena Clark.

They flyers were scattered on the tables, on the chairs, tucked beneath plates and leaning against bowls - inviting everyone to join their protest, in Diagon Alley on the 23rd, where they'd demand that Professor Iwasaki would receive a fair trial, one that wasn't based on prejudice and fear and the attempt to close the files as fast as possible. Peacefully, of course, as Pericles had insisted. Calmly. Reasonably. (Dee would do her best.)

The Ravenclaw herself was standing near the doors with a stack of flyers in her hand, handing them to students walking past, underlined with short comments - or longer ones, if they stopped to talk.

"Join us."
"Don't let this injustice go ignored."
"Hands off our Head of House."
"Trials should not be decided in a day."
"This was fear and discrimination, not justice."
"Merry Christmas and happy holidays, unless you're spending them unjustly imprisoned."
"Justice depends on those willing to demand it."
Information
  • The flyers announcing the protest in Diagon Alley on 23 December have been spread throughout the school over the past two weeks. You can claim your character found one wherever you want, or that Dee handed one to them directly in this thread. (There is a more accessible, coded version in the Reducio below.)
  • Feel free to react to the flyers/situation in this thread, even if you don't want to interact! That's what it's for.
  • Dee is present if you want to interact.
  • There will be a thread for the protest itself.

Alix had seen the flyers and posters scattered throughout the school all day, and she had noticed the absence of Professor Iwasaki weeks ago, but she hadn't known how the two were connected. Not until now, at least.

If the whole school was covered in the flyers, the Great Hall was practically redesigned from the ground up, with the flyers being the main decor. They were everywhere, and, while Alix had managed to mind her business all day during class, now it was unavoidable that she needed to actually read one of them, if only to clear room on the Hufflepuff table for dinner.

Her eyes skimmed the flyer at first, and the first thing she felt was a sense of guilt for having not gotten involved earlier. The headline hadn't been interesting earlier, since Alix was too young to care about politics, or the criminal justice system, but as soon as she read the initial paragraph, that changed.

A werewolf, arrested without a fair trial. That was one of Alix's biggest fears, ever since the bite. Mum and dad had insisted that those days were in the past for werewolves. That werewolves were treated as well as anyone else nowadays. But here Alix was, staring at the proof that they were wrong.

Her first instinct, shamefully, was to wonder if he had actually done it. Despite being a werewolf herself, Alix still had an innate fear of her own kind. It had only been a few years since her own bite, and she knew that even the kindest of people could become bloodthirsty during a full moon.

Then she realized that, as a Hogwarts Head of House, Professor Iwasaki would certainly have access to aconite, so there was no chance he had actually done the crime. Alix felt guilty for having entertained the thought.

Reading the rest of the flyer, Alix decided that she would attend the demonstration. Her parents would understand. She was sure of it. Her mum would probably even drive her to London in her car, if Alix asked. She would owl one of the flyers to her parents. That was the best thing to do right now.

Alix grabbed another flyer. And another. Then, she rushed out of the Great Hall. She had a letter to write.

@Dealla Prince
Emily exploded into the Great Hall, the sound of the doors hitting the walls as her fanfare. Painted on her was the most determined and pissed off of expressions. In one hand held a flyer which had crumpled after gripping it so tightly.

"About time someone decided to talk about this!"

Too long had she spent being forced to ponder the Whats, Whys and Hows behind Marcus Iwasaki's trial and conviction. No one else uttered a word about it, at least not when Emily was around. So came the shock and relief that another student - a Seventh Year no less - had peppered flyers throughout the school with the intention of confronting the matter. A protest in Diagon Alley on the 23rd. It'd be tricky to make attendance on short notice, given how it was so close to Christmas, and Emily would be well away home during that time.

To hell with it! She'd make time! "Auntie" would understand once she'd tell her. She might even be able to spare a day trip to London for the occasion. And if not? Well! Well... Emily would think of something. Five minutes to say her piece about the unfair, saddening situation that circled around Marcus Iwasaki was better than not being there at all.

Besides...

"Tesla and I didn't organise a whole werewolf event over the summer, where humans could see for themselves just how careful and considerate lycanthropes are, just so that progress would be back peddled!" she snapped. "Locking him away like some animal isn't going to solve it."

Colin really did put it best. "They lock us away for their safety than for ours." Emily couldn't help but see the twisted irony in his statement when she thought of the good-natured former Head of House. Had Colin or Tesla be in Iwasaki's position, would the Ministry act the same way? Like they're monsters at the first sign of trouble? In fact, no... Emily didn't want to think of the possibility of that actually being true, even in a what-if scenario.

"Tch... Politicians and the so-called "Judiciary" never act for what they claim to stand for... If there was justice, there'd be a proper investigation! A proper trial! One where the evidence is collected and examined! Not--Not--" Emily waved the flyer frantically in her hand. "--Whatever this is!"

She tightened her fist, the flyer practically suffocating in her grip. "What else must I do to show people that werewolves aren't monsters? Taking wolfsbane, locking themselves away... That's not what monsters do. If anything... The kinds of people that would lace wolfsbane to render it ineffective are more monsters than werewolves could possibly be."

Emily swallowed. "And yes! I do believe Iwasaki was spiked!"

She knew it of course, how bold a statement that was when she knew no more than anyone else did in this story. But that wasn't going to stop her.

Except for maybe half the Hall looking at her like she'd just escaped the psyche ward of a mental hospital. Her cheeks bloomed deep shades of red.

"I-- Well-- You get my point."

"EXTRA, EXTRA! READ ALL ABOUT IT!" Robin shouted in the face of nearly every student who happened to pass her. "FORMER HEAD OF RAVENCLAW SENTENCED WITHOUT DUE PROCESS!" The golden pin on her chest shone with the words, "I'M A WEREWOLF," alongside the image of a wolf howling at the moon. As soon as the conversation in the Ravenclaw Common Room concluded the day that Marcus was officially sentenced, Robin had written to the shopkeeper of Dervish and Banges in Hogsmeade, requesting a rather large order for a specific type of pin that she planned to wear during all of her escapades meant to support the werewolf currently trapped in Azkaban. In the letter, she specifically wrote that the pins were NOT for any nefarious purposes and that, if discretion were used, she'd add a healthy tip. Joining the one sport that didn't require an expensive broomstick meant that Robin had a respectable amount of savings in her coin purse and was happy to splurge on a cause such as this. Something about the entire concept of rebelling against the ministry brought a fresh wave of wizarding pride upon her shoulders as she stood amongst other students just as inspired as her. Bringing attention to their complete indifference to justice when it came to other breeds was the absolute cherry on top, since it seemed that SCARAB had been relatively quiet in the face of all of this mess. You'd think they would have released more than just a simple statement to the public in support of the perfect scapegoat, such as Marcus, but alas... It was the student's turn to stand up.

When Robin noticed a particular student avoiding her eye contact, it only encouraged her to walk directly toward them, yelling something about other-breed rights. One boy she'd entirely chased out of the school walls where he disappeared around a corner - not before she was able to shove a flier into his satchel, of course. Robin prided herself on her absolute insistence that people not ignore her or their cause. Initially, she had been next to one of her peers, @Damien Dragonclaw, who had also volunteered to spread the word, and the two made a good team, successfully posting the flyers in every nook, cranny, and crook they could possibly reach. That was when Robin noticed a weak spot in their setup as people approached the Great Hall for Dinner... if she could just ambush them as they walked in, NOBODY could ignore her. Happily doing what she perceived as right, Robin occasionally let out a long and wild, "AWOOOOOOOO!" into the grand, echoing room, bringing all eyes directly onto her where she had glowing letters written above her head with the spell, Flagrate, written in beautiful red cursive, NO HATE, NO FEAR! ALL BREEDS WELCOME HERE! No hate, No Fear. All Breeds Welcome Here.

Yes, usually, Robin would despise the attention on any typical given day... but today - Oh, today she was on a mission. And that was to do her best to spread the word that other-beings, other-breeds, and half-breeds all deserve the same respect and rights that would be given to any pure-blooded witch or wizard under the same circumstances. "WEREWOLVES ARE PEOPLE TOO!" she followed up her echoing howls, staring down a Slytherin kid twice her size with her most malicious look she could muster until they begrudgingly accepted a flyer.

Occasionally, an interested student would approach her and ask for one of the pins she'd ordered. Robin happily gave them as many as they asked for, encouraged that other students were trying to help de-stigmatize the terror around werewolves that the ministry was trying to push. From here on out, she would be happily and extremely open about her own "werewolf" condition to anyone who asked - regurgitating accurate and reliable information that she'd read in her books when it came to the beings. "LYCANTHROPY IS NOT A CHOICE!"

Robin wondered what her mother would think if she knew that Robin was advocating for the rights of a species that she hadn't even known existed. Robin assumed she would say something along the lines of, "Oh, Roro. You have always been your daddy's daughter." And then the topic of Robin's father would sour the woman's heart, and the two would no longer speak for the rest of the evening. It happened almost every time Robin did something that Christine didn't understand. "Oh, Roro. Why don't you ever just listen to what people are trying to tell ya?" was Robin's favorite. Especially since it never made sense - "I listen perfectly fine, thank you, mother." She'd return with a sneer and an afternoon spent alone in her room. "Oh, Roro. Can't you just give it up?" She would ask when Robin came to her, wanting to express wrongdoing at school, or something her older brothers may have said or done... It was always the same disinterested tone: "Oh, Roro..."

Robin was ecstatic to finally be able to... to stand for something. Something real. Just like her favorite characters would in all of her favorite books. Bilbo Baggins didn't stay in his Hobbit's Hole and hide when Gandalf requested his help for the Dwarves on their adventure to reclaim their gold and home from the dragon, Smaug. Robin would not run from the pressure of the powerful just because of a bit of fear from the ministry - No, she would fight with all of her dedication and prowess gifted to the girl on the day of her birth. And her family would be none the wiser, because this was her world. One they would never or could never be a part of. So Robin continued to shout and pass out pins and flyers. She continued to chase down students who refused her, and she continued to hope and believe that she and her classmates would make a difference - the Ravenclaw couldn't think about the kind man that sent her the letter that changed her entire world, rotting away in a cell for eternity for a crime he possibly didn't commit. "NO JUSTICE, NO PEACE!"

A certain beauty lay in the existence of a day well-spent, with productive pursuits piling up behind Livia as time moved on. Very rarely did she encounter such satisfaction as that which she had been greeted with today, so she entered the Great Hall, prepared to be early for dinner, with a certain lightness about her and a readiness for whatever should come.

Of course, though, it was impossible to have everything go smoothly. The Great Hall, although often filled to the brim with unruly youths, had managed to be turned on its head with strange chants and so much paper it made the Headliner office look like the home of a tiny magazine. Livia slowed her quick pace and craned her neck to see better. The first thing she heard was hands off our Head of House, and she frowned, thinking first of Professor Sauber. Surely no one in their right mind would mishandle him. However, when she narrowed her eyes and acquired a flyer, the less-familiar face on it made her shrug. Weren't the other Heads of House female?

It was only after she had meticulously organised a stack of previously-discarded flyers that Livia realised who the object of the arrest had been. She had only vague memories of the former Head of House Ravenclaw, but she had heard nothing bad about him before this event. Momentarily, she contemplated whether the students here were simply causing a ruckus for the sake of being heard, but that notion was quickly abandoned when she recalled a recent Daily Prophet headline. Well, then – her next question was why it had taken them so long to organise.

As much as Livia did not necessarily wish to become involved with protests – she could only imagine the horrified words her mother would have with her upon her return home – she could not help but hold a tidbit of curiosity. Whatever had made these students feel the urge to rise up and defend that which was theirs? Surely it was not commonplace; she had not heard of protests at Hogwarts occurring within recent years.

Livia set her flyer on the discarded stack, almost intrigued, a sentiment which sharply faded upon being accosted by yelling. Even the sharp leash with which Livia held onto her emotions could not stop her from scowling at Robin Marie, the duellist with a terminal lack of tact. If the girl had spoken at a volume better befitting the indoors, Livia might have been partially receptive despite her dislike of the Ravenclaw; as it was, a sharpness was levelled in her gaze as she did her due best to make and maintain eye contact. The girl's attempt at a howl nearly made Livia cringe, but instead, she squared her shoulders and pressed her lips into a firm line (although she was unable to halt the wrinkling of her nose). 'Marie. Did you not consider that your... cause... would appear more pleasurable in which to participate were it not accompanied by such pandemonium?'

Damien had to admit he enjoyed being able to be apart of a movement especially if it meant to help his former head of house since Damien still held fondness for him ever since the day he welcomed him into Ravenclaw but he had to admit all the eyes watching him made him slightly uncomfortable normally he didn’t care but lately he’s been more and more worried about how he presented himself. With the Dragonclaw gala coming up soon he knew he’d have to deal with his father and he didn’t need all this unwanted attention getting word back to him as Damien was sure it wouldn’t be good but right now he wouldn’t worry about that right now he would focus on one thing, getting the message out on how Marcus should be given a fair trial.

He was wearing one of the pins that his housemate Robin Marie had made, which Damien had to admit she truly did have such a creative mind and talent he made a note to ask if she did art like painting or something, but they both were together passing around the flyers that Dealla Prince their older housemate had made. Damien admired Della a lot she was cunning and intelligent but also fierce which Damien saw more and more of the especially with the way she took charge by making the posters and getting others to help her pass them out to make people aware that Marcus deserves a fair trial it was honestly poetic in ways.

As they continue to past out flyers Damien thought why not strike a conversation with Robin he just had to future out on what, as they continued to talk he noticed how passionate she got and how she wouldn’t take no for an answer he wanted her spirt.“Hey uhm..I like how passionate your getting it truly shows your spirt and belief for this” He smiled at her as he gave another group of people who passed by some flyers he felt motivated if Robin got this passionate already he wanted to match her energy.

Ideas went nowhere without motion. If anyone was going to light a fire behind the movement, it was @Dealla Prince. Pericles might plan, advise, or provide resources, but Dee was a driving force towards action. In the wake of their Common Room's desecration, the pair had rallied their housemates- and hopefully the school at large- to protest the injustice against Ravenclaw's former Head-of-House. Yet in the wake of it all, the ghostly mage's rationalism had paralyzed him with the possibility that this was for naught. They had tried and failed to fix things before. What if this couldn't be solved? What if Marcus was guilty? An attempt at osteomancy was made, but the bones were inconclusive. It was Dee's turn to find a friend perched on the edge of her bed, rendering her the sole witness to his lapse in confidence. "What if we're wrong...?" Pericles had whispered. Her stance set him straight, and the following morning, he would personally provide access to the Headliner office for printing posters. Pear wasn't worried that the obnoxiously irresponsible @Silas Norwood would notice missing materials. Even if he did, he wasn't likely to be bothered, though Pear deemed the risk worthwhile regardless.

After dinner, he arrived at Dee's soapbox section to claim a stack of papers for his own distribution. There he found @Robin Marie aggressively doling out pro-Marcus paraphernalia, and in short time found a SUPPORT MARCUS IWASAKI badge pressed into his palm. Pericles admired it with all the enthusiasm of a distant uncle about to tape a crayon doodle to his fridge: "Oh! This is very nice. Thank you." He paused to pin it to his lapel, sparing a supportive smile to family friend @Livia Machavariani as he passed. Dealla's efforts were praised with a warmer look, and he collected a batch of posters with the intent to hand them out in the library while hosting his third letter workshop that week. Doubt couldn't keep up with the lot of them.

Maisie had read the newspapers, of course, and it was concerning, but she hadn't really thought about what they might do until her dear friend Robin had caught her ear and explained that her fellow Ravenclaws were activating with a string of events in protest. Taking after her father's journalistic instincts, she knew this was worth covering—even if it was just for herself. Though, perhaps the Headliner might be interested in quotes or something.

Regardless, she was in. And she'd meet Robin in the Great Hall as soon as she was able with a notebook (compete with a hand-sewn cover) in hand. The room itself was lined with all kinds of flyers, similar to others that had been popping up around school for the past several days. The one that always caught her attention was that one mentioning discrimination specifically. Maisie had always been taught at home that muggles and magical folks were equal. Why should a werewolf be any different?

It wasn't hard to find Robin. She was perhaps the most visible—and certainly the most vocal—person in the room as she screamed nearly in Maisie's face. "Hey!" she greet her friend as she tried to scrunch in alongside her as she asked for instructions, "So, we're just handing this out? I was thinking maybe you all could use some publicity." Holding up her notebook and quill, she indicated she was ready to catalog down the event. But really, as shown by the soft smile on her face, she'd do whatever Robin and the group needed her to do. Maisie was known for having a plan, but it seemed like others had gotten to that job first and she wanted to support them however she might be best utilized.

"By the way, do you have any more pins?" she asked pointing to the pin on Robin's chest of a werewolf howling to the moon. She knew she could probably jazz it up with some ribbon and make it a little more feminine and then it might look quite nice on her robes. "If you need more, I can probably crochet some," she offered, not wanting to undercut what Robin had done, but just help in the small way she could.

She was just imagining how she wanted to replicate the pin—or perhaps transform it into something more like a corsage or even a scarf—when some sharp, overly contorted words cut across their area: "Marie. Did you not consider that your... cause... would appear more pleasurable in which to participate were it not accompanied by such pandemonium?" Squinting, Maisie recognized the girl from Robin and Addie's duel, but could not recall her name. But she knew this kind of language. It was the very flowery I-will-be-mean-but-try-to-confuse-you sort of language the awful girls at the Drowned Palace had used. And Maisie did not like it—not one bit. "Leave her alone," she told the girl curtly but firmly, as she placed a protective hand on Robin's shoulder. On the piste, Maisie was chronically unable to help anyone, but here, this was a different playing field and she wasn't going to let anyone bother her friend.

The news about the former head of house had largely, if not completely, passed Camille by. Between preparing for his departure home and planning his gift and brief attendance at Damien's birthday party that evening, the boy had been too focused on personal matters and remained blissfully unaware of the ongoing injustice. He wasn’t an avid reader of the news, unless his face or name was on the cover, and the uproar in the common room a few days prior had, perhaps fortunately, escaped him. It was, however, impossible to escape the ruckus that greeted him as he stepped into the dinner hall. The first thing he noticed was, of course, the absolute mess someone had unleashed. Flyers were littered all around the hall, on top of the seats and dining areas, and covering the floor as if someone had released a thousand owls in the hall to deliver the same advertisement. By the large doors, a seventh-year Ravenclaw seemed to be the main one responsible, handing out the same flyers to anyone willing to listen.

What on earth had he just walked into? Camille had time to ask himself when, without thinking better of it, a flyer with several dramatic fonts and the face of a man— who was vaguely familiar— was handed to him as he entered. He barely had time to blink, even less offer her a smile— for politeness sake, only. Feeling slightly dumbfounded by the events, Camille slowed his stride and lowered his gaze onto the piece of paper to read the headlines. The crease between his brow deepened, as he was told through a second-hand source about the former Ravenclaw Head of House imprisonment, something the majority of the Ravenclaw house were in agreement was a wrongful incarceration. Well, that was unfortunate, if so was the case, Camille thought and straightened back up into a proper posture. Though, he couldn’t claim to feel particularly passionate on the matter either way. The man was practically a stranger to him, not a particularly remarkable figure. One day he’d been around, spotted by the staff table and in passing, another day he was gone. Not much thought had been spent on him, until now.

At some point during his reading, he’d come to a brief pause in the middle of the room— the worst place to currently be. An uncivilized, animalistic howl penetrated the space between him and the source, causing Camille to flinch and raise his arms in defence, covering his ears with both hands. He glared beside him, at another Ravenclaw activist, only younger than the one handing out the flyers. Speaking of werewolves, this girl was clearly one of the lunatics. Camille scowled at her for assaulting his ears, sullying his otherwise peaceful afternoon. When another girl commented, “Did you not consider that your... cause... would appear more pleasurable in which to participate were it not accompanied by such pandemonium?” with barely contained venom, Camille was inclined to agree with her.

“Indeed. It’s difficult to focus on the cause with all the excessive yelling. I would advise against the howling. It's quite embarrassing,” he commented, curtly, not realizing who he was agreeing with, until he turned to the Slytherin, half-offering a smile. As soon as he saw her face, belonging to the girl in the rehearsal room with that terrible presence he had barely managed to forget— clearly not enough to have wiped her existence off his memory— any attempt at pleasantries fell into a distasteful frown.

“Oh. It’s you,” he drawled, unimpressed.

“Hey uhm..I like how passionate you're getting. It truly shows your spirit and belief for this,” @Damien Dragonclaw had said to Robin with a grin, which she easily returned. She'd always liked Damien - they hadn't had many interactions, but all of them had been decent. Plus, he was here, and that alone meant he was better than most of her peers in her books.

"Why, thank you," She responded, passing out a flyer to a passing student who had a hand reached out for it. "Honestly, I am just not a fan of the ministry. Any chance to call them idiots, I'll take." She conveyed with a shrug. It was the truth - Robin didn't personally know any Werewolves she could claim to be doing this for. And she most certainly didn't have a relationship with the former head of house. The raven just had a strong sense of morality that had usually always gotten her into odd situations with other people. She was always upsetting someone - but that was only because people didn't actually say what they meant. And Robin always said what she meant. It was quite a black-and-white matter for her, really. Besides, she'd done her research. There was surprisingly little information regarding protection for people infected with lycanthropy. The most recent information she could find was the repeal of the Anti-Werewolf legislation put into place by some racist woman in the late 1990's. There was also some information about a witch in 2010 who protested in Hogsmeade - she'd decorated the village with anti-werewolf propaganda, but unfortunately wasn't as publicly detested as Robin had hoped. There had been a few statements here and there made by S.C.A.R.A.B. that were discussed with neutrality in the Daily Prophet, but the fact that there was little done in terms of securing werewolves' proper rights was pretty disturbing in her eyes.

Eventually, @Maisie Gemmell joined the group with an enthusiastic greeting. Robin bobbed up and down on her toes in excitement when she realized her friend was offering to help spread the word. Robin happily tucked a pin onto the front of Maisie's shirt, tapping it so it showed the "I AM A WEREWOLF" side. Robin grinned at Maisie, happy that the girl was offering to help make the pins a bit more tasteful.

"You should definitely crochet some. Teach me, and I'll help you!" Robin exclaimed with genuine delight. "Beats having to buy more." Robin handed the girl a stack of flyers, grateful to have more support while she harassed the student population. The more people joining up, the more would follow. Robin had just let loose one of her longer, more boisterous howls when she heard a familiar, irritating voice.

"Marie. Did you not consider that your... cause... would appear more pleasurable in which to participate were it not accompanied by such pandemonium?" Robin wrinkled her nose at the suggestion, finding it completely arbitrary. The more noise she made, the more people couldn't ignore the injustice staring them in the face. Being loud was the entire point.

"Leave her alone," Masie defended her, placing a hand on her shoulder. Robin smiled gratefully at her friend before turning her attention to her least favorite person at Hogwarts. The broad smile on Robin's face had only faltered for a split second - mostly from irritation - as she looked up at @Livia Machavariani, her smile turning into a sly grin as she studied the taller girl, preparing for war.

“Indeed." Another voice joined in, this one unfamiliar to her despite the boy's face being somewhat familiar. "It’s difficult to focus on the cause with all the excessive yelling. I would advise against the howling. It's quite embarrassing,” He'd finished, and the irritation Robin had felt turned into a flash of anger curling in her stomach.

"Dear Libby, are you uncomfortable?" Robin asked in an infantilizing tone, ignoring the younger Ravenclaw to toy with her rival. A beat passed as Robin watched the girl's face, trying to decide whether she supported the cause or opposed it. "Well, so is Professor Iwasaki." She added before the Slytherin could respond. "Here, take a pin." Robin shoved a pin into the girl's hand, a perfectly faked sweet smile accompanying the sour rush of emotions Robin felt in Livia's company.

Now turning her attention to @Camille De Varenne, Robin looked him up and down before deciding how to respond. He was taller than her by a few inches, had warm olive skin, and neat dark hair - he was a pretty boy, sure. He seemed disappointed with the fact that he had unknowingly agreed with Livia dearest, which was confusing, considering he sounded just as pompous and annoying as her.

"What's embarrassing is being accused of a crime because you're the convenient choice." She stated, looking him directly in the face, her smirk now replaced with a look of calculated interest and a raised eyebrow. "Take a pin then, since you're so concerned for the cause." She added sarcastically, going to shove a pin into the boy's hand, the sweet smile returning as she tried to take control of the situation once more. Robin glanced at Maisie, a knowing look in her eye, trying to convey all of her amusement and annoyance in a single glance.
