lessons become vailable to you 10 days after you joined our site. When you click on your avatar in the top right corner of your screen a drop down menu will appear. Once you have been on Hio for 10 days or more, a bullet point that's called "Report Card" will appear there. If you click on it you will see all lessons and which are available to you.

Hello Ms. Hayes,
for most homework, you can assume that you know all knowledge that is common knowledge inside the Harry Potter universe. For example that Harry Potter subdued Voldemort in the Battle of Hogwarts. To be on the safe side I would refrain from stating facts you IC cannot know, for example that Ron and Hermione kissed during the Battle of Hogwarts.
If you are unsure about a specific lesson in a subject, please ask the professor in question.

Hello Ms. Bellamy,
you can go as far over 50 words as you want to. If you want to add more information or go in-depth about a topic you are welcome to do that. I do have a fondness for detailed answers.

It states in the rules that all answers should be answered by the books. If we are unclear of something or forgot a story from the books, are we allowed to refer slightly to to other sources? I don't have all the books at home and I don't exactly remember every detail. Thanks.

Hello Ms. Hargrove,
any book content is fine. This doesn't necessarily mean that you need to consult the books, however, as many websites summarize the book content for you. I recommend the Harry Potter Wiki, which lists the sources for every article in their database.
