I don’t think that counts as being indexed

I read this part from the index registration page and I think they are not the same. But I’m not sure about that

so um i already sent my charms homework but i applied for the prodigal charms ability afterward
can i still get the charms once i am accepted

i mean like i already sent my charms homework, how do i get the charms if i have the prodigal charms ability (you cant edit homework)
