I don't really know for other time zones. It is something you will figure out after awhile what time the bean is/isn't there.

At the time of this posting, it last changed (roughly) about 2.75 hours ago, give or take a couple of minutes. Just calculate another 3.25 hrs from what your time stamp reads to know when it will change. That should work for everyone trying to figure when it will change without worrying about time zones.

EDIT: I'm in the USA, PST. It is 1:44 pm here (13:45 hrs military).
