I know! Sleep just doesn’t want to come! It is now nearly 3 am

One time I didn't sleep until 8 o'clock in the morning and when I fell asleep at 8 o'clock and opened my eyes it was 19 o'clock at night. So I didn't sleep at night but I spent the whole day sleeping but it was really unhealthy and I felt very tired.

That sounds horrible! Last night I didn’t get to sleep until like 2 and then slept in until nearly 12

Sometimes falling asleep works for me if I slow my breath down as if I were asleep, hopefully might work for u as well?

Secret? Hehe I have a mom. She force me to sleep and wake hehe but it is helping.

Hehe thats good then! But still you need a really good sleep. But dont sleep over 6-8 hours you can sleep 2 hours too it is also healthy but to much sleep isn't healthy either

And if your overtired, so tired you can't rest, then thats not good eithrer.

My house right now is like dead silent, every one is in bed so there is no one forcing me to sleep. I’m in bed, I just… argh!! I’m also still on holidays but my parents are working so no one is really here to wake me up when I should other than an alarm which didn’t work yesterday so yeah
