What should I add, delete, modify?

How do you guys balance threads and homework on top of real life? The site seems quite cool and I want to get into it but school can be all consuming at times ):

Well, that’s a great question! Last year was horrible for me. I had to do 4+ hours of IRL homework, do the site homework before it changed, and do 40+ active RPs.

How did I do it? Well, I learned to write at school when I could and do homework at school, so when I got home I would balance the rest of my homework and do replies. I also saved a lot of replies for the weekend, so I could focus on school during the week. I’m also a fast writer, so 200 words is pretty easy for me to do.

I neglect homework unless I need the spell/potion for it - or the OWLs and eventually NEWTs because I want Simon to become a healer. If I don't need them, I don't do them. As for threads, I'm here for the writing.

Here at hio there's a lot of things you can do with our site. Find out what you like best and make that your experience That being said, if you're wanting to write and need some rp partners, hit me up via owl and we can talk about some interaction with Roman and Simon if you're interested.

Just remember that no matter what happens, this site is meant to be recreational and fun - don't let it interfere with real life. That all comes first!

Hi Roman! Welcome to H.io! There is no best answer to that. Whatever feels comfortable for you. I'd suggest adding a thread at a time, though. Don't just jump into the deep end immediately. Some people have a thread or two, while others have many. It's only based on what you have the time to commit to.
