A New Friendship

Magnus felt alone currently as he was new to Durmstrang and didn’t know anyone yet, he hadn’t met many people and opted to keep to himself more so than venturing out to meet new people. He was more so an introvert than an extrovert so unless people approached him he wouldn’t really try to befriend them. He sat in a quiet spot with a book on dragons in his hands that his father had got for him when he was younger and he cherished it dearly.

He loved reading about dragons as since he was little he had always wanted a dragon as a pet no matter how unrealistic it was. He found it laughable as he thought he could keep a dragon in his backyard but his father told him that wouldn’t be possible and would probably burn down there house if he tried to keep one.

It was moments like that which made him miss his father as they had such silly memories that Magnus would cherish for the rest of his life. He silently turned the page as he continued to read his book while deep down longing for a friend.
