try using a cold rag or drinking something cold to soothe it

Wet and cold cloth on forehead, drinking lots of water, and medicine usually takes about 30 minutes to kick in, so you will hopefully feel a little better within the next ten minutes or so.

It is! I’ve had many fevers since I have really bad sinus infections sometimes. Fevers are the worst.
