❝Roman is the child of a Muggleborn wizard, and a Pureblood Squib. He grew up close to both sides of his extended family, a boy of both worlds. He would attend muggle school during the normal year, and during the summer months he would either enjoy a nice summer camp, or learn of the wizarding world from his maternal grandparents. His mother is a doctor in the muggle world, and his father works for the ministry of magic, in the Muggle Affairs division.
After his first instance of magic, floating a book behind him as he read, he decided that he would also work for the Ministry, but in a way to improve the lives of Squibs who are less fortune in their home lives. His family is very close, and very fortune to earn enough money from both worlds, with the occasional help from his maternal grandparents. He is a sporty, yet studious child. His parents were not surprised that he had landed in Ravenclaw, yet also wouldn't have been if he had been placed in Slytherin, for his ambitious nature, and lofty dreams.
