I am trying to do the same thing. I on average do two assignments a day, to leave time for the last few to be graded before the end of June. It really making it harder to get done in time, since they added some assignments.

I haven't done a single assignment ever since the changes. Still adjusting and searching for that momentum. I will make sure to finish them before June ends though, so I could cross them off my to-do lists.
