Yesh, you'd think that at least the 7th years would get more in terms of that kind of stuff

They do it because it would give older students an unfair advantage which is another reason why adults dont have income along with inpcs because it would be unfair if someone just coming in earning 10 sickles while another player with an inpc and adult account would have 3 times the amount of income.
