Emma's plan was simple this round, get rid of the danger of the lightning. If she was hit with that it was more likely she'd be out for good (and that would not be a pleasant experience). So she was suitably motivated. Thankfully that motivation seemed to have made a difference, and her wind jinx was strong enough to move the cloud to the other side. Hopefully now, the lightning would strike once more and take out at least one of her opponents.
Turning her attention to the other side, Emma moved her feet in some semblance of quick feet, thankfully avoiding one of the spells sent way but that didn't help with the others. She definitely felt the pain of the strikes but worked hard to keep standing, refusing to give way before her opponents.

Day 1 morning slot
It seemed like Emma was planning on fighting on till the very end, throwing a Cracker Jinx into the middle of the Gryffindor team. Which although it hit it's intended target and also managed to hit the previously undamaged Kim, Emma herself seemed unable to dodge her own spell, a rogue fire cracker bouncing back towards her and exploding right at her feet.
At the same time she was absolutely bombarded with spells from the Gryffindors, they had seemingly found a solid strategy and continued their relentless pursuit for victory, landing all of their spells and doing even more unnecessary redecorating of the duelling piste.
As soon as Mylo saw that she had been knocked unconscious they stepped up to the piste and helped the unconscious Emma get the help she needed after which they turned back towards the remaining duellists.
"As there are no more opponents standing congratulations to Gryffindor on their win! Go get yourself patched up and enjoy your win!"

——date. [ 05/03/25 ]—hair color. [white]—height. [5'10"]—outfit. [gryffindor robes]-------------------------- It was nearing the end of the match and Emma didn't have many options left for her. Still, she chose to go out with a bang which was really the best way for her to make a better impression. Throwing out a Cracker Jinx into the midst of things was a great tactic and would have been even better if she hadn't been hit by her own spell as well. But still, it was a pretty good one. She even managed to hit both AJ and Kim himself in the process! For Kim he would have considered that to be a win for her, albeit not in an official sense. AJ, Rose and Kim all managed to hit Emma with their own chosen spells but that didn't come as much of a surprise to him. Once the match was officially called, Kim handed each of his teammates a chocolate frog with a slight smile, bid goodbye to them and then headed over to the hospital wing to check up on EmmaLee. Because he was a little worried for her as he was closer to her than he was to either of the other two Hufflepuffs. Kim inclined his head towards Mylo as thanks for being their moderator and handed him a chocolate frog too before he left the piste and room. tag.
