IC or OOC Information: Phoenix is a studious 12 year old who is learning to break out of her shell after her parents divorce. While still learning how to speak properly she does her best to try and be at least somewhat positive but can have a really sly/smart mouth.

IC Information: Alaric is the youngest child of three, with his older brother and sister, twins, grown and graduated from Hogwarts. They were also sorted into Ravenclaw, and he feels like he has a lot to live up to. Alaric is Pure-blood, but that doesn't mean he can't interact with muggleborns and half-breeds, just that it might be a little difficult at first.
OOC Information: I'm TJ, I'm in grad school trying to get my doctorate in education so I can do education and administration at the college level, hopefully to make things easier for other neurodivergents like myself to get into college and succeed in the first place! My passions in regards to education are Old Norse literature, the middle ages, and fiction writing. I'm hoping to use this roleplaying experience to help me grow as a writer.
IC-Interests: Alaric is into the Viking Sagas (hmm, wonder why hehe), reading, doing puzzles, and flying. He's also a big fan of genealogy, mostly because he doesn't know his father and his family has never been forthcoming with information about him.
OOC-Interests: I love to read, write, and draw, of course. I think that's standard for artsy types. I also have gotten obsessed with dog training as I'm training my own service dog to save money. She's the light of my life, by the way. I love reading the Discworld book series, watching anime with my dad, and talking about Homestuck with my brother.

IC Information: Lydia is very physically active and curious about pretty much everything. She's the youngest child of three, with a magical brother four years older, and a middle brother who was born without magic. Lydia is still in the phase of life where she hasn't yet reached teenage angst -- everything is currently very exciting to her, and while unfortunate events do affect her, she can recover relatively quickly. She sees everyone and everything in a very positive light. She's signing up for this program because she's new to Hogwarts and doesn't know a lot of other magical children -- her mum is a witch, and they've gone to the leaky cauldron and such, but her dad's muggle, so her family has largely been in the muggle world.
She's also likely a metamorphagus, but since her mum had some major issue with her grandma, and perhaps specifically her metamorpagus talent, Lydia's been trying to mask and repress the talent as best she can (which isn't really all that well).
OOC Information: Like Alaric's writer in the post above, I'm hoping to use this roleplaying experience to help me grow as a writer. In real life, I'm an early career engineer, and I want to explore writing a bit
I also haven't done any roleplay before, so this is all new to me, and it might take some time for me to fully understand edict, or I might be initially too ambitious with ideas, or who knows.
