Picking The Perfect Rose
The sound of pots being placed on the ground and dirty being shoved filled the air as Damien Dragonclaw was currently outside the Herbology classroom as he was trying to plant a few roses in some flower pots. He wanted to gift roses to a few friends he had made as well give some to family members most importantly his mother. He wanted to give her a purple rose as he knew that was her favorite color of roses back when they planted it together in the Dragonclaw manor garden. So far he had a few red and yellow roses in the pots but he has one huge and major issue, he didn’t know where the heck he was gonna get a purple rose from.
He sat in the dirt as he sighed to himself trying to think on this, he should have realized purple rose didn’t just grow out of no where you’d have to buy it from somewhere special. That’s when a thought hit him, a purple rose wouldn’t grow out of no where unless..you used a spell to grow one! But he didn’t know any spell that could grow a purple rose I mean sure he knew some spells that could grow flowers but that’s any flower and the chance it’s a purple that would be very unlikely.
He decided to go to the next person he knew that would know Excatly what to do, the lovable and amazing Herbology Professor Sarai Toussaint. He loved Herbology due to how fun she made class it was his second favorite right behind Astronomy of course! So if anyone knew how to grow a purple rose magic or non magic she would know how.
He went to her Herbology classroom and knocked on the door hoping she was in her office so that way he could ask her for advice.
