But some of the extended story beats I have planned are constantly being hindered, questioned, rewritten and redrafted to suit staff and site rules (which they still haven't confirmed officially after nearly 3 months of asking which has some of my solos and threads left at a standstill or in limbo until they greenlight them). And I honestly don't think I'm even overstretching what I want to write when it comes to them either.

Heck, I've seen (Re)Index applications that are a lot more "adventurous" than what I have in mind.

That's the same for me! I've had to edit so many different Av lore things that I created as part of her story just to fit the rules. That's why I'm probably going to write her real story with no cuts and it won't be the version I have now. It will probably have her real story and what really happened to her. I don't plan on deactivating, but I am getting tired of constantly rewriting my lore to fit the rules of the site.

I feel the frustration. The recent turnover in staff as well probably doesn't help either... I owled one of them about lore and then suddenly the next day their staff position was vacant. So whatever my query was is just lost in limbo.

My rewrite will be completely separate from the HP version here. Some of the character interactions and solos I've done here will be reflected in my Extended Cut but quite a lot of it is in a whole different direction than what I've been able to do here.

That's happened to me too! Sometimes I will ask a question, and either don't really get an answer or the question just gets lost. I wish I could become staff since I would probably be very active, but I'm not at all willing to join Dis for it. I can't wait to read the uncut version of Em's lore someday!
