Yep! If Graci doesn’t play a spot you iNPC still can, so long they meet requirements. Like having spells for dueling. And what not. Sports aren’t really connected by PC/iNPC. Also fun tidbit, any sports wins your iNPC may get Graci also gets a stat point bonus that you can add to her stats and iNPC’s.

Yes! I would also consider writing a note to let your mentor leads letting them know what happened, etc. Just as a courtesy!

Yes. It is not permanent unless a mentor team lead tells you you cannot join again.

Nope! Just when you make the trunk post for your iNPC, it asks about any teams you want your character on. Just put yes next to Quidditch, as long as there is room on the school’s team.

I would also recommend for ease of those going over your application to put what position you want. Just on to the side of it. E.X. Quidditch? : yes, [position wanted here]

Just a brief mention regarding mentors and being removed for inactivity. The mentor team reserves the right to deny a request to be given another mentor if you ghosted or flaked because the two expectations we have for mentees (that mentees agree to when signing up) is activity and progress. The team tends to be pretty forgiving if there was some sort of heads-up, I've never seen a denial for someone that notified their mentor that they need to be dropped because they can't give the site the time that the program needs, but if you just 'poofed' on the team, it is quite the ask to request another and they might deny it. So if you do ask and they grant you a new one, without exception, you need to stick with and complete the program.
