No. According to my calculations, the invisibility cloak is sold at 75 galleons at Weasley's Wizard wheezes. It says you have 33 galleons, but let's not count the items you have, since they are likely to be your school items and cannot be sold. So,
33-7 (7 is the likely value of all your school items) equals to 26 galleons. And if you have 26 galleons in your purse, you are not even halfway there to buying the cloak since 75÷2=37.5
And since being 'almost there' means you are at least more than halfway through your goal...
