One Voice Was Heard
The front door opened to allow in two people, but honestly with all the noise, he must have not heard any knocking or indication that anyone was home. If there truly were no knocking, then obviously they were trespassing. Neither Clark nor Octavius cared about that though. Octavius's eyes lingered back to Clark, as he continued to speak in the corner.
The man grumbled, knowing he needed to get onto Clark but he did not want to fuss at him. He hated to do so. Made him feel like the worst parent ever, even if he knew there were people that did worse than him. "Clark William Baird." He said, calmly but sternly. "Shut the fuck up." He knew he would regret saying it, but he hoped that he got the point across. "If you continue to talk, I will be forced to play a hand I do not want to deal, the punishment worse." He rubbed his temple, turning to face the woman who handed him the card.
"Thanks?" He said with confusion clear on his expression and in his tone. He had to admit he was mildly irritated with the new people showing up out of the blue. His thought became spoken without him realizing it. "What am I? The gateway to hell?" He covered his mouth quickly realizing what he said.
He straightened his posture, pretending like he said nothing wrong and looked back at Prat before he would ever leave. "Dearie," He was interrupted by Melissa. He interjected in return. "Prat. Beat the shit out of my son or wedgie him again and I will seek punishment far greater than what Melissa can delegate. I will take you to court." He ended his statement, giving him a 'comprende?' look.
He looked at the adults and back at Elisa, apologizing profusely. "I really am sorry that Prat decided to act like a jerk. I'm sorry that my son was the cause of this. What do you say we grab something next week at a bar, wherever you'd like to go? And to be clear, I'm not meaning on a date, I already have someone I'm seeking." He slouched and tried to be eye level with Elisa, thanking her for not stirring the pot or destroying anything in his house.@Prat Pass @Elisa Shakestra

Well.. he heard what Prat said and he had to admit.. it wasn't the worst thing. He equally took responsibility, which would have been so much more than Clark himself would have done. Maybe Prat.. isn't a Prat. Maybe Prat is a good person, au contraire to his name.
He shut up when he heard Octavius's words, a simple shut up. Well, a fancier version of the phrase but much more crude. He felt bored, staring at that wall, wanting to move and make noise but if he said something, he would probably be snipping the grass blades one by one without the use of anything sharp or magic.
He would probably be forced to wash the dishes by hand! Well, his dad did that already, not liking the magic way, saying it was cheating, just like how his dad does laundry the muggle way.
He looked at the dreadful corner. Yawn. How could this get any worse? Well, outside of standing there with his nose pressed against the corner anyways.
He tried to gently turn his head so that hopefully his peeking was not going to be noticed. As untrue as that thought was, he saw his father being handed a card and heard his dad threatening to take Prat to court if he himself suffered at the wrath of Prat like he did today.
What a nice grudge, it gave him a one-up over Prat. All he had to do was piss Prat off and maybe get slugged once or twice, maybe get scorched, hopefully not thrown off of anything high without magic (last time he did that, he got caught midfall). He turned his head back to the corner and pressed his nose back against the meeting point with a cruel smile appearing on his face. He couldn't thank his dad otherwise his dad would catch on, but he mentally appreciated it, thanking him mentally.@Prat Pass @Elisa Shakestra
