Caught Like A Fish Closed

Clark decided he'd play the daredevil move today, he'd jump out of the Astronomy Tower. Now, he did before he climbed up all those steps, cast the spongify charm on the ground, right where he planned on jumping onto. No one else, as far as he knew, jumped and survived. He was not in it for any nefarious purposes, he just wanted to become the first student to make a jump. Now this jump he planned on making was, in his mind, safe in every way possible since the spongify charm was used on the ground.

Sure, his legs were exhausted and felt like jello after going up those flights of stairs but it would all be worth it when he made the jump. Only one problem... would anyone see? It wasn't like he proclaimed that he was going to jump off a high height without any spells ON him or a broom.

The goblin crouched over the short stone wall and rolled off, going back first towards the ground. He felt a thrill, a hit of adrenaline and he began to whoop and holler out in excitement as he tumbled towards the ground with speed, though he was sure he looked like a falling trashcan.

Then he felt a snag, a sharp pain seared through his body, despite it being quick, it was a jolt that made him scream. It was like pulling a Neville move from when he was in first year... an article of clothing would've gotten snagged on something. And Clark couldn't tell what snagged him, he couldn't even get the wand out of his pocket because the wand fell to the ground. His jeans were caught and he had no way to get down. Maybe, just maybe there was a good reason as to why he should've not jumped out of a tower or did something stupid.
