Ravenclaw has won the November House Cup with 667 house points, marking the eagles' third consecutive win of the 2024-2025 school year! Congratulations! In second place this month was Gryffindor with 329 house points. In third place was Hufflepuff with 304 house points. And in fourth place was Slytherin with 272 house points. Amazing efforts all around considering our voting points were out of commission for most of November!

Our top three earners for the month of November are all members of the winning house Ravenclaw! We have first-year @Maisie Gemmell who came in first place with a mighty 68 house points. In second place, we have second-year @Andy Loggins with 56 house points. And in third place we have first-year @Avis Greymond who earned 44 house points!

Our top earners of November have won themselves some special items. The top three will receive a choice of Underground Map, Camo Cloak or Bus Pass (all items that give users access to different areas), with an owl sent by admin to verify their desired prize. All students of the winning house Ravenclaw who have earned their house a minimum of 6 house points will be given a Fake Permission Form, as well as a Creepy Bear item from Knockturn Alley. Note: Our site's voting mechanism was broken for the majority of November. For this reason, we lowered the minimum house points to earn rewards to 6 temporarily.

With the holiday season upon us, a reminder that our staff are all volunteers with limited time. Whilst we do try to grade homework in a timely manner, please note that due to the concentration of holidays, any homework submitted in the last two weeks of December may not be graded in time. All students of the winning house who have earned their house a minimum of 17 house points will be given 102 chocolate frogs to open. Hufflepuff is off to a great start this year. Hufflepuff broke Ravenclaw's winning streak with an awesome 1371 house points, a height that has not been reached since July 2024. Congratulations! In second place was House Ravenclaw with 1187 house points, in third was Gryffindor with 945 house points and finally Slytherin with 911 house points. Amazing efforts all around!

Our top three earners for the month of January are as follows: We have second-year @Emily Shephard from Hufflepuff whose efforts certainly helped Hufflepuff secure their top spot came in first place with a mighty 96 house points. In second place, we have Ravenclaw sixth-year @Aly Salinger with an impressive 89 house points. In third we have another Ravenclaw, @Yougle Crenshaw who earned second place last month for their academic dedication and this time third with 87 house points. They are tied for third with a pair of Hufflepuffs in a three-way tie for third: @Aurelia Valentine and @Ruth Fairchild, both first years. Wow!

The top three overall earners of January will be given 20 galleons, regardless of their house. All students of the winning house who have earned their house a minimum of 17 house points will be given 10 galleons. (Those who qualify for both will get 30 galleons).

Next month, the top six overall earners of February will form a planning committee for Spring. They will have the opportunity to organise a Spring ball, which iNPCs from all schools in attendance. This ball should take place anytime in March-April (up to the organisers). All students of the winning house who have earned their house a minimum of 17 house points will be given 102 chocolate frogs (worth 10 galleons with sell-back). (Those who will qualify will get to organise the ball and get 102 chocolate frogs.)

In second place was House Hufflepuff with 922 house points and tied for third place this month was Gryffindor and Slytherin with 881 house points. Amazing efforts all around!

The record is 5 months in a row as top house, meaning Ravenclaw is close to hitting this record yet again. If they can maintain this for 2 months, then they will have broken their own record!

Our top three earners for the month of December are as follows: We have first-year @Saunders Napier from Slytherin whose efforts were not enough to secure their house the top spot came in first place with a mighty 81 house points. In second place, we have Ravenclaw first-year @Yougle Crenshaw with 78 house points. And in third place we have first-year @Avis Marlong of House Ravenclaw who earned 69 house points!

Ravenclaw has won the February House Cup with 453 house points, congratulations eagles! In second place was House Gryffindor with 414 house points, followed by third place House Slytherin with 410 house pointed! And last but not least was House Hufflepuff with 387 house points! The overall house points earned in February were lower due to the removal of the sitewide voting process, but we still had plenty of users doing homework and errands!

The top three overall earners of February have each won a spot to plan the upcoming Spring Ball. In first place is Alyss Gilmour, a Slytherin who earned 66 house points this month! This first year put a lot of effort into homework to gain a spot here. In second place is another Slytherin, Vikus Storm, who also gained most of his 58 points through homework! In third place is Ravenclaw Janosch Dehoff! He earned the winning house 47 house points! Our top three students this month will be joined by those in fourth (Gryffindor Meiyu Xiang), fifth (Ravenclaw Aston Beckett), and sixth place (Hufflepuff Lyanna Oak) to form the Spring Ball Planning Committee, which will be organizing a ball attended by students from Hogwarts and other visiting magical schools. The six students on the committee will all receive an owl and altered permissions soon so they can begin work on the upcoming event!

Gryffindor has finally taken the house cup after a lengthy dry streak, the last time Gryffindor won the house cup was April 2024! Gryffindor has won the March House Cup with 312 house points. Congratulations lions! In second place was House Hufflepuff with 169 house points, followed by third place House Slytherin with 108 house points! And last but not least was House Ravenclaw, our previous month's winner with 101 house points! The overall house points earned in March are lower than historical wins due to the removal of the sitewide voting process, but we still had plenty of users doing homework and errands!

The top three overall earners of March will be given a broom of their choice (worth up to 22 Galleons) to use as they want. Our top earner comes from house gryffindor, Sere Nade, a second-year duellist who earned 72 house points. This is followed by Adaryn Misfit, a Hufflepuff who earned 52 house points. In third we have Avery Gray, another Gryffindor who earned 38 house points. Considering the challenge of earning points, this is an amazing accomplishment. All students of the winning house, House Gryffindor, who have earned their house the minimum house points (6) will be given 10 galleons. Those who qualify for both will get a broom of their choice (up to 22 galleons) and 10 galleons, or a broom worth up to 32 galleons).

At the end of this month, the top three overall earners of April will be given a free pet of their choice. They will have to do a roleplay acquiring the pet as per our pet system rules but we will not charge them. Ravenclaw is back to taking the house cup. Ravenclaw has taken the house cup 6 times in the past year! Ravenclaw has earned a total of 293 house points in the past month, earning them the top spot. Gryffindor, last month's winner came in second place with an admirable 274 house points. This was followed by Slytherin with 155 house points and finally Hufflepuff with 97 house points. The overall house points earned in March are lower than historical wins due to the removal of the sitewide voting process, but we still had plenty of users doing homework and errands and it shows!

Please remember, at the end of the year the previous year assignments can still be done to earn spells or for your own satisfaction, but you will only be able to earn house points for your active house.

Ravenclaw took the house cup a second month in a row. Ravenclaw has earned a total of 1235 house points in the past month, earning them the top spot. This is an amazing achievement because voting no longer contributes to house points. Even with votes, a house has not earned this many points in a single month since September of 2024. In second, Gryffindor with 1007 house points! This was followed by Hufflepuff with 472 house points, beating Slytherin by one house point.

Our top earner is @Evelynn Decipio, in the past month she has earned 397 for house Gryffindor. While this was not enough to ensure the win, this is a new record for stat points earned in a single month. The previous record was held by @Amadea Campbell who had earned 217 house points in a single month. Eve has smashed this record. I am now left to wonder if someone will try to take this record from her hand...

The other top earners have also earned house points that any other month would have gotten them top-earner.

Gryffindor took the house cup by earning a total of 3290 house points! A new record was made by the Lions. This is an amazing achievement and would be the last time we will see house points this many. In second was Slytherin with 1953 house points! Followed by Ravenclaw with 1624 house points, and Hufflepuff with 1342 house points. The top three earners for June will get the chance to choose 3 Gold Choco Cards and take 102 unopened chocolate frogs. The member of the Gryffindor who has a minimum of 6 house points will be given 102 chocolate frogs.

Our top earner is @Piérre Marchonné, who has earned 916 house points for Gryffindor. This answered the last question on who would try to take the record from Eve. In the second place is @Evelynn Decipio with 331 house points for Gryffindor. It seems the lioness still has the fire to make her house win. In the third place is @Alicia Mattews with 303 house points for Slytherin.

After the Lions took the cup in June, Hufflepuff didn't stay silent. They showed their hard work, a value the house holds and takes pride in. With a total of 1478 points, the Hufflepuff took the winning cup home. In second place, there was Gryffindor with 917 points, followed by Slytherin with 853 points and Ravenclaw with 642 points. The top three earners for July will get 20 Galleons regardless of their house. The member of the Hufflepuff who has a minimum of 6 house points will get 10 Galleons. Those who qualify for both will get a total of 30 Galleons.

Our top earner is @Mikey Forville, who has earned 180 house points for Ravenclaw. Unfortunately, these points weren't enough for the birds to get the cup. In the second place was @Sere Nade with 169 house points for Gryffindor. In the third place is @Malcolm McGregor with 162 house points for Hufflepuff. From here, we can learn that working hand in hand would make our team unstoppable.

The top six overall earners of August will have the chance to plan the Autumn Ball, where all schools gather to deepen the relationship between schools and their students. All students of the winning house who have earned a minimum of 6 house points will be given 102 chocolate frogs. Congratulations to Ravenclaw on achieving the August House Cup! Coming in first place with 983 house points, the eagles really took to the skies to achieve this win! In second place this month is Gryffindor with 851 points, followed by Slytherin in third place with 826 points. Finally in fourth place we have Hufflepuff with 496 points (the badgers took a well-earned break after grabbing last month's house cup).

In second place is @Elena Clark, a newly appointed Ravenclaw prefect who earned the eagles 190 house points. In third place, we have @Avis Marlong, a second year Headliner contributor, duellist and Ravenclaw who earned 155 house points. Congratulations to all three!

This month, the top three overall earners of August will be joined by fourth to sixth place earners and form the Autumn Ball Planning Committee regardless of their house. So the top three will be joined by @Graci Laren, @Elisa Wagner and @Maelys Delarosa.
