Dear Headmistress Ndoto,
I hope that it’s okay to reach out. I heard the news on you being named Headmistress, and while the reason for it is horrendous, I wanted to wish you congratulations. It is a great honour though does seem to come with a great weight.
After the visit with Hogwarts, I must admit I wasn’t sure if I should take the time to reach out, especially as I’m sure you’re very busy with your own students. I know I have been, and adjusting or trying to work through things. But I thought it couldn’t hurt. After all, we both were there, and both are very new to this role.
I’m happy to correspond like this, and I’m sure we can both gain a lot as I’d like to start fostering better relationships between our schools, and feel that this is one step.
I’m also happy to offer that if you’re able to find some time to step away from Uagadou, I’d be happy to host you here in Mahoutokoro for a cup of tea (or coffee if you prefer).

Dear Headmistress Mori,
Thank you for your kind words. While the role of Headmistress is one that I readily admit I had hoped to work towards, one day, I expected that, should I ever be worthy of this honor, it would come after a few good decades of hard work, and not in the wake of one devastating afternoon. I am doing my best to right our ship and comfort my school and its students in our time of need, but there is nothing I can say or do to numb the ache of the empty spaces where our lost students should be sitting. I imagine this is a feeling that you're just as unwillingly familiar with, now.
I apologize if this is too maudlin for your tastes. However, in truth, I hope that those of us who have been unceremoniously thrust into these new roles can learn to lead with honesty and find common ground after the events this past October. After all, if you want something done right, you must do it yourself, and, as such, it is my fondest hope that we can work together to bridge the gaps that those who came before us left behind.
Please do not apologize for reaching out. I suspect that we are of the same mind, and as such, you should certainly feel no shame in having beaten me to the punch, so to speak. While I am indeed levels of busy that I did not previously think possible, correspondence between our schools is something I am more than grateful to make time for.
I would be honored to visit Mahoutokoro. Let me know what dates my presence would cause the least imposition on your time, and I will begin making arrangements.

Dear Headmistress Ndoto,
I agree, it is a most unfortunate feeling that we both share, especially with also working to help our students deal with these admittedly horrendous events, and loss.
I agree, I believe that forging connections between the schools to strengthen those bonds, and allow for increased relationships within the international community is something has long been needed. Especially since while we each have our unique ways of teaching our students, and hopefully raising smart, intelligent, kind citizens, there are certain lessons that can be better implemented when working with others.
Currently I am planning to have a memorial for our lost student and vigil for Headmistress Sato in early to mid-November. I have not fully committed to a date at this time as I'm working to reassure parents and students alike, but I anticipate my calendar will be more open from November 20th. Anytime after that until December 16th or so, I'm happy to make myself available.
I look forward to your visit, and speaking with you in person once more.
