With Cassian down, it seemed as though Slytherin had secured the advantage but Ravenclaw made sure to show they were still in the fight. Including giving up on the blindfold in exchange for some fire- Draven would finally be able to see, yet not before the barrage of spells this time around hurled towards him. The first to fly was Jessamine's, a bit rushed as she noticed the two other wands pointed her direction, keeping with the common theme of a Knockback Jinx as it flew directly towards the Third Year. Draven, still fumbling about with the knots, would only take a small step that did nothing to get out of the way of the magical punch to the gut. Still, it wouldn't keep him from making progress against the blindfold, able to feel it and the previous flame dissipate just as another burst of flame- stronger now- came from Mylo's direction. A leap out of the way would still not be enough as they kept their wand trained on the Slytherin, another flame roaring up with more strength than the last. But at least he could see now? And the Ravenclaws found some good success.
It wouldn't be without a contest, though- the two wands pointed at Jessamine weren't for no reason. Elisa would keep with Flipendo, a remarkable cast with each line sharp and the incantation crisp, yet it seemed as though the Slytherin had kept her eyes closed while firing the spell. Jessamine would also pull an impressive stunt, predicting the spell in advance and quickly steering clear of the space so that the even more explosive jinx would not be felt by anyone as it disappeared into the space outside of the duel. Pyxis would also have an impressive cast if not for a slight waver, waiting until Jessamine was too focused on Elisa to truly dodge his own spell. He would find an easy target for his dance, the Ravenclaw stumbling from the hit before breaking into a jive. The hopping and enthusiasic kicks left her distracted as her legs found their own rhythm, yet it was quite a performance for everyone else as they witnessed both a duel and dance battle. What a multi-talented crew on this piste-

Ravenclaw vs Slytherin: Match 5
Flipendo was probably the most used spell in lower year duels; as for the upperclassmen, Elisa could not know. Perhaps there were other spells that caused even more damage? Probably. That wasn't really her problem now.
Elisa concentrated hard on her second Flipendo. She cast the spell, light shooting out of the tip of her raised wand, sharp and straight. It was the perfect Flipendo she had ever cast. It seemed, however, that she had focused a little too much on the spell enough, to disregard the aim. The spell went completely astray, and missed its target completely. Elisa couldn't help but feel a little disappointed. At least Pyxis hadn't missed his target...
Looking back at Draven, the young girl shuddered at the sight of her teammate. He was devoured by the circling flames around him. Meanwhile, Pyxis and herself were still unharmed...Sta4, Eva7, Str3, Wis9, Arc8, Acc9

Interacting with @Cassian Clarke | @Jessamine Hemlock Date - 27/10/24 WC 88/50 Color Legend - Mylo | Thoughts They were both still up, which was a good thing. And they had been able to hurt Draven quite well, not that Mylo liked hurting others. But they had to put those thoughts away for the time being, as the only way to win was to hurt the other team.
And seeing as Jess was looking hurt Mylo steeled themselves, and got ready to do what was necessary. Hoping that they would do as well as the last spell they'd cast and be able to hit once more.

Ravenclaw vs Slytherin: Match 5
Pyxis felt Elisa’s Flipendo whoosh past him in all its majesty. It spooked him a little, but he kept his wits and shot his spell towards Jessamine too. Unfortunately, Elisa’s beautiful spell hadn’t hit, but Jessamine broke into dance, indicating that his spell did. He gave an incredulous laugh as the girl somehow enjoyed being forced to jive, but shrunk back as she turned the attention on him, especially with the use of that nickname.
“Erm, I’ll pass… o-on being charmed, that is,” he stuttered. Worried that he possibly offended her, Pyxis added, “We could do a real dance or something.” Well... That was too heavy-handed… Onwards… Draven looked like he was very close to joining Cassian in the hospital wing, so the Slytherins needed to get something done, stat.

Ravenclaw vs Slytherin: Match 5
Finally, finally Draven managed to rip the fabric off. Cracking open an eye, the slytherin made sure there were no more blindfolding spells coming his way - and was met with two different spells slamming into him.
He stumbled backwards-, still on fire, starting to get a little (a lot) dizzy. But he supposed the duel was going about as well as a duel between children with pointy sticks could go.

The slight loss of control from feet moving on their own was all Slytherin needed to pounce on their target, three wands pointing towards Jessamine as she continued her jive across the piste. It wasn't as though they were the only ones to focus a singular target, Ravenclaw still maintained their hold on Draven, but two wands versus three could make all the difference.
Especially when luck turned against Ravenclaw, the Incendio Duo that Mylo had so easily cast the time before would puff and protest on the end of their wand, near exploding them if not for their quick thinking to dismiss the spell before any fire-y harm could befall the Ravenclaw side. Jessamine, intent on bringing someone into the fun with some laughter and an enchanted feather, would manage the cast the spell and motion it towards Draven. Yet it seemed the Slytherin was very much done with getting hit, a sudden burst of speed that left the spell hurtling out in to the space in between with no targets.
Elisa would be the first to cast on the Slytherin side, a rushed yet effective Flipendo that shot towards Jessamine with a speed that could hardly be matched with uncooperative legs. And she recovered from the first hit, the next soon followed by the boy- asking her for a dance? It seemed a little rude to knockback your potential dance partner, but it was a duel after all. The quick succession left little breathing room, but she managed to remain standing and dancing as the effects began to slip. Draven, last to act but certainly not least, thought it better to get two birds with one stone, a final Flipendo splitting towards Jessamine and Myl- Jessamine once more? Mylo would remain unscratched but it would be this Knockback Jinx that spelled the end for Jessamine, a final moment of control before her legs gave in and she crumpled to the ground.
"STOP!" Once more, Lea stepped before the duelling teams with a sympathetic glance towards the fallen Ravenclaw and the last standing one, waiting long enough for others to bring the Second Year off the piste before stepping back to her moderation post. A final look of confirmation to both sides and the Hufflepuff raised her arms, "And.... BEGIN!"

Interacting with @Cassian Clarke | @Jessamine Hemlock Date - 27/10/24 WC 122/50 Color Legend - Mylo | Thoughts This wasn't getting any better. Now Jess had also been knocked out, Lea having to stop the duel to safely remove her from the fight and get her to the hospital wing. Mylo hoped she wasn't too injured but knew that the nurse would be able to heal her no matter what.
But now it was 3 vs 1, which did not look very good for Mylo. This didn't mean that it was time to give up though, he hadn't been hit yet which meant that Mylo was feeling okay and would be happy to just hit one of them again. Knowing that 3 spells were likely to come their way they mentally prepared themselves for the onslaught and got ready themselves.
