Asian Society Club
Welcome! This club is for people to learn more about Asian culture IC. Our goal is to promote an understanding of Asian cultures through meetings and fun events involving festivals, holidays, art and culture, history, mythology, food and snacks. Pretty much anything and everything having to do with Asian culture will be represented at some point throughout the time we spend together.
The club will meet once a month with a different theme each time, such focusing on the culture of a particular country on each meeting (the festivals, the food, the traditions, the history, etc.) and having members enjoying various activities of that theme. We might not touch on everything about that culture in one meeting and if we don't it will be revisited at some point in the future. We also have the club's OOC board where you can chat about anything relating to the club that is Asian!

What kinds of club events would you like to see?: Themed balls, quiz-nights, RP Karoke?
Asian cultures you are particularly interested in IC: Chinese and Korean.
Would you like to help organize events IC and share your experiences OOC?: I wouldn't mind helping to organise IC events as it would be fun and aligns with my character. Not sure what OOC experiences you guys are looking for but in terms of event planning I have dabbled in a few, but never on RP forums. Would love to be a help if possible/needed!

Also just to make it clear, you do not need to be Asian to join this club, you only need to be interested in Asian cultures! So if you weren't joining because your character isn't Asian, that should not stop you!

What kinds of club events would you like to see?: Hmmm, I don’t know! Singing in asian languages?(I’ve heard that’s it actually healthier to speak Chinese than Rnglish because of the word structures that are better for your throat) But the club sounds interesting
