Miharu really thought she wasn’t gonna play as their other players were looking kind of okay. But she was proven wrong when one of their Chasers were… let’s say, unresponsive or perhaps just not feeling like playing. She sighed, finding it rather disappointing that she won’t be able to enjoy the game by just being a bystander.

Then again, this was her chance to at least try out playing as a Chaser. This was what her mother used to play as back when she was still part of a Quidditch team and initially, she wanted Haru to follow in her footsteps that is until her mother somehow noticed how Haru was better fit as a Seeker with those keen eyes of hers. She’s not complaining though, she loves Quidditch and any position is fine… 0kay, scratch that, she would be a bad beater with her being physically weak.

With her taking the place of one of their Chasers now, she stood up with broom in hand and made her way to the field. One would be expecting her to just join in with the quaffle grab and all but she had… other things in mind. Not exactly something she would like doing in every game but might as well try something new. So instead of heading for the quaffle, she headed for one of their opponents and then strike before they could even have the to react. She doesn’t know why she did that but oh well. Like she said, might as well try something new and if it’ll help her team win, then that’s what she’ll do.

That turned out well, she thought as the one she just blatched went plummeting down to the ground. Did she feel bad? Not really as Quidditch games can get dirty and harsh. She knows that full well for almost being the prime target of blatches and bludgers as the Seeker in the games she had participated in. Funny how a different position could somehow change the way that she plays and perhaps… act. She just hopes that doesn’t bite her back later on as she does her penalty lap.

In addition, rounds where you are successfully carrying the quaffle in an attempt to score, you only take half-damage from bludgers and blatching attempts.

Prat really thought he might be able to glance at the snitch this round or perhaps even grab it. However much to his his dismay he could not even come close to finding it let alone grabbing the damned thing, with his team already losing lead Prat felt somewhat desperate to win this quidditch game. Sure it was unofficial game but bragging rights in addition to having his first game be a win seemed like a nice thought. Prat knew quidditch wasn't his sport for now atleast the position of seeker was not meant for someone like him. Perhaps he would be more suited as a chaser or keeper were his immediate thoughts before he squished them aside and focused back on the game. Seeing Aston knocked off his broom and going down was a sad sight, seeing others was bad too but Prat knew Aston more than others and they were the same year. Aston got knocked down, got hit again and was knocked out further. Prat hoped for his safety and Everyone else, the boy did not wish for this game to be his end. He was too young to die over Quidditch that too when assortments of food waited outside.

Roleplaying as Hans Jenssen

Compared to broom racing, it should be established that Quidditch (especially playing as Keeper when the other team was not always eager to attack) can be boring as hell. Deciding that if he would block without enthusiasm, he might as well not block at all and make himself useful elsewhere. Coffee brown eyes scanning across the field at his team mates, focusing on a boy he thought looked familiar (was he the one who tried to score - and failed, obviously - last round?) advance on their black-haired, tan-skinned Beater. Hans swooped underneath Daniel in preparation catch the Bolivian, but his efforts proved to be unnecessary as he evaded the blatch.

Throwing a quick glance over his shoulder at the unprotected hoops, his heartbeat jumped as their opponents scored. However, it would be too late to rush back to defend anyway - he was too far out in the field. He might as well make use of his advantage in distance, and, spying his team mate's success at the opposing hoops, he decided Acacia, the very valuable member of their team, might become a potential target. Waiting below her, Hans was slightly disappointed, though relieved, when no one made their attack. Unlike the excitement at Valentin's match, this game was progressing slowly.

	Daniel continued on his hitting spree because what else did Beaters have to do? Rarely did they ever quaffle grab or blatch or whatever move that was anything but hitting the bludgers. Besides, the less opponents they had, the better. Keepers weren't that big of a deal until they started cheating, so that left three other positions to tackle. It would be nice to get rid of the enemy Seeker, sure, but it looked like they hadn't even seen the snitch yet, so what was the point? The other Beaters had to go, Daniel resolved. But with the loss of one Chaser meant another to take their place and he wasn't exactly keen on having another one of those multi-tasking annoyances around. When did Daniel get so fired up, he also wondered. Maybe it was the adrenaline rush from making a good hit. As he swung the bat and hit yet another player off their broom, the confidence soared. Good, he figured, Let's hope it makes it easier on our team. The Beater Slava had been trying to knock out previously finally dropped. The other Beater was promising. Just as he was about to go spying on another target, he caught a glimpse of an opponent wanting to knock him off. Well, that wouldn't do. Daniel swerved out of the way, grinning as he heard the boy's name get called out amongst the other cheaters.

Basil smiled as he felt the bludger hit his bat. He had done something right. It had gone exactly where he had wanted it too. The bludger soared towards the boy he had aimed at and knocked him right off his broom. Basil did a little woop then aimed his broom upwards and flew higher, looking at what was happening. His team seemed to be doing well. Better then the other team at least. A few people were called out for cheating Basil noticed and he saw someone fall right off there broom. I hope that doesn't happen to me. Basil thought. Broom racing is much less dangerous!... well maybe not much less but we are lower to the ground instead of 50 feet in the air. Basil chuckled to himself then realized, for a moment, he was acually having fun. And he hadn't acually done much work yet. Nothing too dangerous. Oh and he wasn't the center of attention like he had worried. Quidditch was busy all over the place. Basil was accually kind of glad that he had signed up for this even if he did prefer broom racing. It would just always be better. Basil focused back on the game, ready to win.
