Downhill Broom Sledding
English | Parseltongue
Too many students decided to take the tunnel with Della, and it quickly turned into a jumble of legs and sleds. Trying to claw her way out of the pile, she was able to right her sled and herself. Other students who had avoided the pile were now clearing the tunnel with no problem. The distance between them and her was rapidly expanding.
This wasn't broom racing. She didn't have to take it seriously. Della tried to remind herself to just have fun. But having fun and treating the race like it was nothing was easier when she was closer to the lead. She took a deep breath and took off after the leading pack. The light at the end of the tunnel grew larger, and with an explosion of blinding brightness, Della found herself back on the mountain and the daylight.
She needed to make another split-second decision. Jump big, go steep, or see what's behind the curtain? A curtain?Okay, curiosity was going to get the better of her. While the jump sounded super fun, she was used to flying high. It wasn't often that she was presented with a mysterious curtain to race through. Hopefully, the surprise would be pleasant.

Roleplaying as Hans Jenssen
Hans was now well behind the other players, for whatever reason he couldn't fathom, though if he had to make an educated guess, he would say the Hogwarts bitch *ahem* that blonde girl with the pug nose. Cheater, as Greta had so accurately put. It should have been a rule to show at least the very basics of sportsmanship. Still, the point was the have fun, and even if he was behind, the wind was racing through his now well-tousled hair and the thrills were settling in. It was a pity that they were now presented with final choice of paths before the finish line. Hans didn't get a chance to see each path too clearly, only the curtain on one, the steep descent on another, and... nothingness? There seemed to be a large pit instead of a proper slope down one of the choices. Catching the other competitors, including the no-good British kid, flying over the gap, he decided to go for the same. Surely, it would be the most exhilarating, despite the mystery shrouding the first path and the precipitous nature of the second. And with that, racing down towards the pit, Hans found himself airborne, grinning against the "swinter" drafts.
you will burn and you will burn out; you will be healed and come back again. and i will wait for you.

Downhill Broom Sledding
It was unknown of which path would have been the right one. Colby was just glad to catch air and go as fast as she could. When, at some point, she made it to the bottom of the hill, she could not help but to laugh at how much adrenaline was now filling her body. Her body was shaking from the speed and decisions that had to be made last minute.
This was perhaps one of the best activities that she had participated in so far. If anything, she wanted to go down the mountain again just to feel the adrenaline rush again. Colby finally got up from the sled and pushed the sled to the side so that it was out of the way of others who were trying to make their way down the mountain.
Colby turned around and watched how some were still going down the mountain. Even just watching them made her adrenaline rush. Who knew if someone was going to tumble into the snow or not. After awhile of watching, Colby felt both hungry and had the need to use the restroom. She made her way towards the outskirts of the field towards the restrooms, and soon after to get some lunch.
