1. You are not able to keep your iNPC on your new account. I have to deactivate both.
2. You re using the word deactivation and deletion in this same request. A deletion is something where we delete the actual account, if I do that, I cannot give you a new one. A deactivation however, where I inactivate it and lock it, allows you to make a new one. Please confirm.
3. I added the glass phials, but the validation team will not be able to complete that request until after this is processed. Also, you used Londra on your profile card, I fixed this also.

Why am I requesting this deactivation/deletion:

I literally have been totally busy that I left h.io apart for long months. I've lost track of the site and I'm having trouble getting my bearings back, so I'd rather be able to restart from zero, perhaps a little later.

Additionally, Yuki's personality is so different from mine that I no longer feel inspired by her and I think I will create a more meaningful character for myself, in order to make my future writings more fluid.

I want to clarify that I may not immediately recreate a new character after deactivation so as not to make the same mistake again.

Why am I requesting this deactivation/deletion: I had barely started when someone in my family went through a long and difficult health problem that required assistance from the whole family. That kept me away for over 2 years and just now I decided to come back. Since I had not done much with my first character and it's been such a long time, it would be so much nicer if I was allowed to have a fresh start with a new one and actually enjoy the whole process instead of trying to catch up.
