I mean, I would say it’s fine as long as she has an IC reason to be driving on a road. My possible staff character, Jade, was in a car accident with her parents when she was little and living in Russia. (She’s a pureblood.) I just put that her family was taking a trip to a muggle area and wanted to blend in. (Or something like that. )
