What I see:

I should be asleep lol, but I may have a solution. When you’re trying to do the float, make sure to add an equal after the word image! (I’m honestly half asleep rn though so if this doesn’t work I can look into it in the morning.

What I see:

You have a seperate '[img]' for the alt text. Either remove the alt text or do it like '[img float=right alt=text ]'

They cannot share any information that you do not already have access to. They might be how you IC learned of something the general public is aware of, such as a wizarding war for instance because it was mentioned at the dinner table while you were home on holiday. You cannot learn information that would be otherwise generally unavailable to you via dNPCs. However, in the case of special events it is possible that the staff will provide you with some special information that your dNPC might be able to share with you.

So that said, I can't make a situation where my PC learnt something from dNPC?
Let's say this information was about her family relative, but my PC parents have no more access of that knowledge because they're muggles (and this relative in question has never told anyone about his life ever again, even including his ancestors), while this dNPC was the only one person (that still alive) which can tell PC about her relative more than her parents..
