Aurora's screaming echoed through the corridor and instantly drew in Winnie's attention. Her friend was either in distress or screeching at some unfortunate soul that dared to cross her. Either way, the Ravenclaw would go sprinting down the hallway with her wand drawn, ready to attack whoever dared to harm her friend. "Aurora! Are you alri-..." She was cut off as she grew closer and stared at the birds threatening her friend and the rather humorous way she was mimicking them. "Uh..."

As someone who had grown up on a farm, Winnie Harper had to deal with a lot of different animals and she was aware of how utterly evil geese could be. Out of all the wicked creatures that Hogwarts housed, why were geese one of them? She hadn't seen them around, except in transfiguration class when furniture was transf--... Wait a minute! Perhaps that was what they were dealing with here? Why wizards wanted to transform objects into geese, she'd never understand. For bragging rights, perhaps? Either way, she would point her wand at the goose standing in the middle, swoop it in a deep 'u' shape and yell, "Reparifarge!"

While her casting of the spell was quite nice with the proper wand movements and pronunciation, as she was about to complete it, one of the geese would lurch forward at her and cause her to lose her balance. She would land on the cold stone flooring and blink up at the ceiling as the spell backfired. It didn't really do anything since she wasn't transformed, but the feeling of falling over was never nice. "Ow..." As she blinked her eyes, suddenly a very angry goose came into focus. It seemed to be getting ready to take a chunk out of her arm. "GET AWAY FROM ME!"

In Violet's opinion, Hogwarts was pretty peaceful, and except for the chattering of students around the halls, it was a pretty calm environment to study and relax. The Slytherin was walking through the corridors to go to the third floor when a familiar scream echoed in her ears. Violet was not happy to hear it, since it was a bit too familiar perhaps, the scream of Aurora Ranvier. Violet shut her eyes closed, and sighed deeply as she went to see what in the Wizarding World was going on. There she was, the crazy rainbow haired ravenclaw student that she loved-hated so much. Apparently, the girl was battleing I know thats not a word lol ;-;) a bunch of geese as she said random words like 'karate' and what not.

''What in the word is karate'' Violet mumbled. Probably another muggle thing of Aurora's. Violet was going to need more information about this black belt subject later. Right now, she needed to stop this clownery at once. Apparently, the rainbow haired girl was joined with another screaming redhair that Violet did not know. Maybe its a friend...? Violet rolled her eyes. Hopefully this other one does not have the same personality as Aurora. Grasping her wand, Violet went forward to face the geese.

''Don't you two know what Flipendo is?'' she said, harshly. Well, whereas these girls knew about the spell or not, Violet definitely needed to do something about that flesh eating bird. She pointed her wand at it, and said: ''Flipendo!'' as she did the wand gesture for the spell.

It seemed like Violet's spell was successful, for it hit the redhair's geese and the feathery creature shot backwards from attacking the girl. Looking at the redhair, Violet asked the most stupid question ever: ''Uh, are you okay?'' To be honest, Violet did not care even a little bit for the redhair, she just wanted to show off that she knew how to properly, uh, shoot a goose backwards or whatever. She was going to turn at the other geese, when the geese that she had flipendo'ed attacked the slytherin this time. Really, what the hell was this monster doing in the Hogwarts corridors anyways? Now terrified, Violet leaped backwards, trying to escape from the squaking creature.

Everly had been minding her business, wandering the castle. Thankfully, she'd managed to be productive that day, and gotten a bunch of work done, so she decided to take a break and walk around, finding something to do. The weather was cooling down (which was great, because Everly was getting tired of melting everyday underneath the sun), and Everly took to walking around outside. Everly had missed Hogwarts, although it had only been two months, and it felt great to do something like again. While making her way back towards the Gryffindor common room, something caught her attention

It was the screaming that caught her attention.

Everly was intrigued, for better use of a word. All the commotion made it sort of hard to figure out what was going on, especially with the feathers and the spells that were shooting around in the hallway. She spotted Aurora, the Ravenclaw who started that fire, addressing a group of the birds, as if they could understand her. Another girl with red hair, whom Everly recognized but didn't exactly know, had attempted a spell, but it had unfortunately backfired when another bird attacked her. Violet, the friendliest Slytherin Everly knew, was helping her up and trying to attack the birds as well. Everly was completely and utterly confused, having no idea what was going on, but she figured she might as well try to help.

Aurora was being aggressively harassed by a group of geese who didn't seem to want to leave her alone. Everly set her sights upon the birds who were flapping their wings and squawking at her, wand gripped in hand. She decided to follow Violet's example, and tried to attack the birds with a Flipendo of her own. "Flipendo!"

The spell went off a hitch, and Everly managed to hit one of the birds that had decided to attack Aurora. "Aurora!" Everly tried unsuccessfully to navigate through the squawking creatures. She was curious as to how they'd managed to get in this situation. "You okay? What's going on?" One of the birds squawked loudly by her ear, and Everly cringed back as it flapped its wings again at her. "What are these things?" She made a face at one of them, waving around her arms, trying to scare them off. It worked for some of them, but the others seemed more persevering than the others. Everly started waving around her wand. "I- I've got a stick here, and it's a magical stick, and it's very scary! Shoo, get away from me!"

As far as her eyes can see, a farm was not something that was originally built anywhere near the castle, let alone wild, terrifying, untamable geese. Someone must hate everyone in Hogwarts to even let these creatures go berserk and torment everything on their way. Even the most fearless person in the world would probably lose their cool once being face to face with even one of them. To her surprise, it seemed like someone sent a helper in the form of Winnie Harper. “WINNIEBERRY! HI!” Not so much assistance was provided from the dormmate, even two amazing brains of the Ravenclaws could not handle the dominance of the geese. But there was something else that caught the girl’s attention. The incantation that Winnie shouted was somewhat familiar. She remembered learning it in the transfiguration class back in her first year. “WH-why are you casting an untransfiguration spell?” Either the redhead was fairly bad at magic or those critters were not what they seem to be.

Another aid came to the scene followed by two knockback jinxes that perfectly hit those poor souls. Despite her annoyance for seeing the Slytherin in almost every doom she was in, the friendly and kind face of Everly made her excitedly waving both arms in the air “OH! FEATHERGIRL! HI!” Then her gaze fell on the one she had a complicated friendship with. “And Toiletries, Sup Dawg?” Of course she would use those American ways to greet people, according to her point of view of that Howard guy from the train combined with the animosity that penetrated through her tone of speaking. It was not really an astonishment that Violet would jump into the violent approach. But not Everly. From Aurora’s standpoint, the Gryffindor was more calculated in most of her actions, so there was a tad of a stun when she cast the same spell. They were bold and quite graceful with their wand, something that the girl with obsession to pepper spray would sometimes be insecure about.

She quickly put her long list of self doubt aside and focused on what was against her in this reality. What Winnie did earlier finally clicked to her, those are indeed not real animals. “THOSE ARE POSSIBLY IMPOSTORS! DO THE COOL TRANSFIGURATION UNDOING SPELL THING! REPARIFARGE!”

With a nice sweep wand movement, a white light came from her tip of the wand and one of the geese transformed back into a - wooden chair? Maybe she wasn't so bad at magic as she thought afterall.

Winnie squeaked and rolled away just in time for the goose's bill to come down onto the cold stone tile. It was with a frown that she stared up at the Slytherin girl (Violet) who made her presence known. "I know what flipendo is!" She half pouted. The truth was that the girl had forgotten about the spell. The goose squawked when it was sent flying by the Slytherin, and the Ravenclaw managed to quickly scrambled to her feet. "... I'm okay. Thank you for that. I'm Winnie Harper by the way." The two wouldn't have long to converse, however, as more of the fowls decided they wanted to join the party. "UHHH... Any idea what the hell is going on?"

It was then that another girl joined them, this time a brunette Gryffindor (Everly) who seemed to know Aurora. She fired another flipendo and sent a goose flying with a thud and a spray of feathers. "It doesn't make sense that they're here! That's why I was trying the transformation spell. Geese wouldn't run around the school like this, so maybe something went wrong during a class?" She tried to explain to the other girls, raising her wand to point it towards another goose. She blinked when Aurora fired first and managed to change the creature into a wooden chair. "Ah! I knew it! I knew they were acting strange. They're furniture! Everyone, use Reparifarge!" The Ravenclaw would plant her feet on the ground and do just that, whipping her wand through the air and pointing it in the direction of yet another angry bird. "Reparifarge!" She shouted.

While not her best aimed spell, it did manage to hit one of the geese. It flapped it's wings as it transformed into another wooden chair, which toppled onto the floor with a loud 'thump'.
