Célestine de la Croix-Valmer|Headmistress of Beauxbatons

Célestine was born on 25th July 1995 in Lyon, France. She was growing surrounded by love and care of her parents. Her mother, Adele de la Fontaine, was working in French ministry of magic in Law department. Her father, Alain de la Croix-Valmer, was working as tutor, teaching wizards and witches. Whole her childhood went in Lyon where she was homeschooled before going to Beauxbatons. During her studying in French academy, she learned all basics and a bit of advanced magic. She also improved her language skills, adding English, Arabic, Russian, Spanish and sign languages in addition to French. Célestine was always curious child and loved animals a lot. So, after finishing Beauxbatons college, she was studying under Care of Magical Creatures tutor. It was the best time of her life as she learned something that she was extremely fascinated about. After graduating from French academy Célestine decided to become a Care of Magical Creatures professor in Beauxbatons.

So in 2013 she started her career. It was her first and only career for many years. She traveled a lot during breaks, searching and studying more magical creatures and preparing for new studying semester. All her lessons were including interactive part, so she took great care in keeping students safe regardless of creatures they were dealing with. Her good job and caring nature created her a good reputation in French academy. As Beauxbatons was constantly visiting Hogwarts for balls and summer camp with games, Célestine was always choosing to travel too. Soon she found herself becoming more as someone who was quite trusted among colleagues and students. Her work as professor was going without any injuries and luckily her visits to Hogwarts didn't bring her any disaster. At least not yet.

Célestine didn't think much about this year's visit to Hogwarts, although there was some uneasiness as the traveling day was coming close. It was the last thing anyone could ever expect to happen at the arrival day. Tragedy of it will stay in her memory for a long time now as well as in memory of everyone who knows about it. Soon after returning back to Beauxbatons Célestine got an owl, inviting her to a meeting with all professors and staff. This unfortunate events followed by French Academy been in need of new Headmaster. After some discussion it was decided to give this position to Célestine. After the meeting, staff collected all students for announcement of new Headmistress. Since then she started her new career.
