First Letter Home
Dear Mother and Father,
Father I detest you. Really? A talking hat? Would a warning ahead of time really be that difficult to have done?
Rant aside, I've been sorted into Slytherin. After hearing the song of the hat and reading about them, I truly believed Ravenclaw would've been a better fit. No matter.
Father, is there any advice you can give me? With the reputation of being a Slytherin, I fear that the other houses maybe difficult, not to mention my fellow...snakes?
Mother, I am already fixing a schedule to study, and plan on writing my professors to get the course outlines. Worry not.
