Leanne is a petite girl, with brown eyes, and a slightly pale complexion with a few freckles dotted on her face. She has a sharp chin, along with an irritating head tilt of 2°, which annoys her while taking pictures. Inheriting the lankiness and shortness from her parents, she expresses a desire to grow taller and gain more weight, so that she would be not be seen as someone younger.

She comes across as being shy, and anti-social, as she often creates more mess when helping others.  She loves to help others (if she would just not mess up more), but often hesitates until the person is in dire need.  If you would ask her about complex charm theories or anything political, academic and non-magical related, her face would light up, and Leanne would (and could) discuss all day about the various topics. Leanne prefers a small group of best friends, and often can be found in the library, plotting subtle pranks for victims on her "Shit-list" (also know as her blacklist).

In her free time you'll see her experimenting with modifying and creating spells, usually in abandoned classrooms, where sometimes small booms and quakes can be heard. No prefects and professors have yet to come...and thankfully she hasn't been injured. Her current aspiration is to invent a spell that could make her life at Hogwarts easier. 

While the non magical and wizarding communities were celebrating Christmas and Yule respectively, Arlene Meadows and Matthew Chua were celebrating the arrival of their first born daughter, which two more soon followed. There was Samuel, her naughty brother, who arrived with outbursts of accidental magic; and Gabriel, another irritating brother. 

She remembered that day vividly, her first accidental magic at 8. When throwing a tantrum about not being able to use a wand yet, she summoned her father’s wand from the bedside table. It was a traumatic yet joyous experience for her.

The family lived opposite another magical household, in Wiltshire, their hometown. It was the recently established Skillet family, where Leanne would go over to play with Veanna, a brown-haired girl who was about the same age as her. The girls would spend fun days exploring and learning about everything under the sun, from magical matters to non-magical expectations, taught under Veanna's mother. They planned everything they would do once they went to Hogwarts; like which beds to sleep in, which house to be in, and what kind of elective subjects they would take in 3rd Year, and many more.

Until one fine day in November, while playing in the park, they noticed a young bushy-haired girl, summoning her belongings from a few bullies. The magically-raised girls, at that moment, knew that she was just like them, and took the effort to befriend her. Consequently, the duo expanded, and Johanna Goh, a muggleborn witch, was invited to their lessons.  Johanna discovered the wizarding world, explored Diagon Alley and other places, and was so excited for her letter to come.

In the end, Johanna moved overseas to America to attend Ilvermorny, while Veanna and Leanne headed to Hogwarts.  Currently, the three girls are still in touch, often meeting each other for yule and during other holidays.
