Hello! I just thought of this question, and I don’t know if it’s at all possible, but is it possible to collect a Race or Talent, say in my case, I want to be a Seer, is it possible to RP the ability rising to the surface AFTER first year and apply the race as a second year ability?

It is not possible because your year one slot would have been filled by your previous ability. Also, your stats are different.
