In a Panic Closed

Cyprian left breakfast early in an effort to find his first class. He hadn’t eaten much, but he was a bit nervous about his first official day. He had arrived after Christmas break, and he wanted to be able to jump into classes with as few issues as possible.

Classes were going to be very different from the homeschool curriculum he was used to. He was taught by a private tutor who gave him one-on-one instruction. He was going to miss the ease at which he learned things with hired help.

He had potions, and he thought he knew for sure where it was. He made his way to the dungeons, taking note of statues and paintings along the way as future landmarks. Soon, he had made it to where he thought he was supposed to be.

It wasn’t long until he was dashing around in a panic. According to the map he was using, this was exactly where the potions room was supposed to be. Of course, this was his first time trying to read a map, but how hard could it be?

Cyprian looked around desperately. Not a good start to his first day. He was going to be late if he didn’t find the room quickly.
In a Panic Closed
On his way to Potions class, Flash recognized the other Slytherin boy nervously looking into random rooms in the corridor. Even if he didn't already know him from sitting at the Slytherin table and seeing him the the dorm room, he could have recognized the small bits of personal clothing peeking out from his robes that he was from an affluent family and worth taking note of. From his body language alone, one could tell he was looking for something, so it was something Flash was more than willing to step in and heroically solve. After all, he had spent most of his free time wandering the halls of the castle and learning his surroundings. He could tell there were many secrets hidden around dark corners, but he felt assured that this panicked first year wasn't seeking something that complex.

Flash knew he still had a good amount of time before classes started. as he always endeavored to arrive early. He had a watch on as well, a gift from his father, that verified his own internal clock. He approached calmly, trying to grab his attention without causing alarm. For one, everyone liked hearing their name.

"Cyprian Zacharia, right? Is something wrong?" Flash smiled sweetly.
