𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 | Pipere is a youthful, blue-eyed blonde. Her golden hair is waist-length and naturally wavy but she straightens depending on the season; in autumn and winter it's straight while in summer and spring it's curly. Her eyes are deep blue like the sky in an open meadows. Pipere has fair skin with few blemishes, including an absence of freckles. She's average-sized, being four foot ten, and weighs around seventy pounds. She emits a lot of warmth and amiability, with her charming smile and dimples but her eyes are sharp and intelligent. Pipere carries the presence of someone carefree but she's very perceptive and cunning.

𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱/𝗛𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆

On the evening of April 13th, 2008, a young Pipere Graham Shick was born to Terrace Shick and Amberline Shick-Montgomery. The couple was an unlikely pair for they'd never gotten along while attending Hogwarts but managed to have two children, Pipere and her younger brother Wilhelm. Though she was born in Iceland, Pipere spent nearly her entire life so far in England and hardly knows of any other place. Although her parents are both magic, her mother is a Half-Blood and her father was a Pureblood. Her mother didn't care much for anything besides magic but Pipere's father was just the opposite; he dedicated most of his life to trying to understand muggles and their creations. Everyone else in her family secretly despised this but her father was a very clever man who did great things in the wizarding world.

For what seems like the shortest of times Pipere lived with her parents in their tiny home in Liverpool until the accident: her father died in a plane crash. Mr. Shick was a strange character who loved muggles and their 'technology' so much that he often used them. Although he flew safely many times his luck finally ran out a few months before her birthday. Pipere managed to catch a glimpse of the wreckage on a telly and even though her mother tried to make her forget about it the horrible images were burned into her mind. Ever since Pipere has been weary of anything concerning muggles, feeling a sense of dread whenever she's near anything 'muggle-made'.

After her father's death Pipere and her small family moved in with her father's sister, her Aunt Diana. Fortunately her mother and aunt were very close so things went well. Her aunt also served as her teacher, since Aunt Diana taught young wizards and witches besides muggle children. Her aunt holds a secret school every other afternoon in their cottage.

Pipere spent most of her time in school trying to prove herself. It's not that she wanted to be liked; everyone found her charming and particularly friendly, but Pipere always finds a need to be in the spotlight, boss people around, or contradict others. Her elders say that she has this ferocity like a potion boiling in a cauldron; she doesn't know if it's good or bad but she's ready to find out by testing the 'waters'. Pipere has made many a friend just because of staggering amount of courage in her big heart.

Her first sign of magic happen around when she was seven years old. She was playing alone in an old tree house someone had built. Pipere ran out of snacks and meant to climb down but ended up slipping. She latched onto a high branch and was hanging there when the branch slowly began to lower to the ground, like a gravity-bound tentacle. Fear of heights caused Pipere to move the branch on her own, though she definitely hadn't even thought of doing it!

When Pipere finally received her acceptance letter from Hogwarts, she was absolutely exhilarated; she showed everyone, especially her Aunt Diana who had always been a little harsh on her, that she gotten into Hogwarts, even though it was expected, given her magic, blood, and family status. While her mother had been a Hufflepuff, her father a Slytherin, and her aunt a Ravenclaw, Pipere was sorted into Gryffindor. This came as no surprise to anyone who knew her well enough. Courage and honor in passed down from both sides of her family and Pipere takes pride in her family name, no matter how unknown it may be to most.

𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲𝘀 | meat, the dark, physical touch, big horses, slimy substances, being late, coffee, compulsive liars, surreal art, leather, poetry, invasion of privacy, wearing socks, long queues, balloons, hugs, television, cold wind, umbrellas, being sick, airplanes, arrogance and stupidity combined, being controlled, dolls, curly mustaches, & criticism.

Only those who will risk going too far can possibly find out how far one can go.

𝗔𝗹𝗹𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 | A Part-Veela is incredibly beautiful, the magic creates an "entranced" effect, wherein those that would be an attraction where they lose sight of their surroundings and focus more than necessary on the Part-Veela's movements or appearance. Viewers are also prone to experiencing thoughts of a strong desire to impress or be with the Part-Veela in question, some are strongly attracted romantically.

𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁 | If a Part-Veela is being attacked there will be an urge to assist or protect them. Each round there is a 10% chance that an opponent in a duel or a moderated situation will decide to ally with the Part-Veela even against their own allies and attempt to protect them. This is not necessarily a romantic thing, but rather could be roleplayed as a fascination, a desire to not let something pretty be ruined, etc. This has nothing to do with sexual attraction unless as an RP'er that is what the user wishes to RP it as.

If the user enticed is the only person in the thread with the Veela, this is mechanically represented by the attack automatically failing. If there is more than one person in a thread in conflict with the Veela, the attack intended for the Veela would target another opponent of the Veela (chosen randomly if there are multiple, cannot be used to force a user to target themselves) rather than the Veela.
