Snowy Flight

Katrina was ready to fly again. It has been a long time since she had flown in the air. Katrina grabbed one of the school brooms and called it up. She swung her leg over and took off into the sky. The snow slowly fluttered down and she cold wind brushed up against her cheeks. Katrina took some lazy circles and swooped down around. It was taking her a long time to build up the confidence she needed. She was still unsure if she should even try out for quidditch or not.
Dueling had been something that Katrina was interested in. She had been practicing and studying a lot lately. She even saw and signed up for doing advanced charms and learning and practicing harder next level things. It was definitely time for Katrina to become more involved. She dipped down and did a wide swoop in the air. The air supported her from below. She wasn't going fast she was just having fun.
Katrina took a dive down and put the broom away. She wasn't sure if she was even allowed around here in the first place. It was not something she wanted to be caught doing and get in trouble for. Boomerang found his way outside and stared at the white flecks of snow.
"Boomerang! What are you doing out here?" He mumped in response and ran up to her. Katrina scooped up his furry body and shook her head. "We had better return inside before you freeze to death." She took long slow steps through the snow towards the castle.
