Well, That Was An Oops...
@Angela Nelson
Even a quiet child such as Koko had seen most of the school, so she was now lurking in the Corridors once more. Not necessarily lurking, however; she was seated on the cold floor, her cat curled up on her lap. He was a fluffy little thing, always curious, but as winter drew nearer, he had become much more reclusive. It nearly made sense - did cats hibernate?
That didn’t matter at all. If Jax ended up needing to hibernate, Koko would do whatever she could to allow him to be comfortable... which meant that he needed to eat food. And for him to be able to eat food, Koko would be required to find some.
The blonde-haired prefect didn’t want to worry, though, so she closed her eyes and let out a shaky breath, freezing her worries in one spot in the back of her mind. Stroking her cat’s fur helped, but she would need better ways to calm herself down than chocolate and her cat... Chocolate was not good for her in large amounts. Everything in moderation. For a moment, Koko felt a pang of homesickness. It wasn’t even homesickness for London, like she had felt so often. The bright lights of Los Angeles appeared in the darkness of her brain for a moment, and the flavour of a Slurpee - piña colada - was apparent. Kook could imagine the smell of the ocean when she went to the beach, and the warm feel of the sun’s rays against her usually-pale skin.
Yeah, she missed it. A lot. It was amazing how a place she hadn’t spent such a long time in could already have an impact on her. It already held memories - taking Holmes to the beach and sharing a bar of chocolate, meeting Muggles at a 7-11 or a Dunkin’ Donuts. Saying goodbye to her brother during his first day of school since it started before hers, and of course her moments with Victor and Jax. Nobody had been there to make the air toxic; it had been lovely.
Yet here she was, back at Hogwarts, where there were literal monsters. Where some lunatic, claiming to be her brother, had suggested that she, a descendant of the esteemed Leblanc line, might be one of them. Hogwarts held her first memories of a place called ‘home’, but the castle also held the girl’s first memories of true fear. This castle held so much for her, in the past and in the future. What else was it holding?
Koko was vulnerable at this moment in time. She was, for once, unaware of her surroundings. And she had her eyes closed; her hearing focused on words and tunes from the past. Anything could happen.

Well, That Was An Oops...
@Koko Riddle
Angela had just gotten out of charms class, they were learning the spell incendio, and she was walking the halls and corridors to find a good spot to continue to practice, she was told to keep practicing since she couldnt get the wand movement right. The professors exact words were "Keep practicing and you'll get it. But do it preferably where nobody is around, like the corridors or outside" So she headed to a supposedly empty corridor practicing to ignigte a leaf that on the floor. She repeated the phrase "Incedio" Over and over again about ten times, it mad her mad and she thought about why she was put in Ravenclaw if she hadn't gotten most spells right or they messed up. Angela said it once more before she got it right but missed the leaf, just then a jet of fire was seen lighting up the corridor and going towards an older looking student "Watch out!" She called as it hit the females robes lighting it in the blink of an eye. She gasped and covered her eyes praying it wouldn't hit the blonde female but her prays did nothing, it still hit the bottom of her robes.
She begun to freak out and went over to her, dropping her wand, she tapped her on the shoulder since the older female seemed to be out of it "E-excuse me" Her voice soft and almost unhearable as she also tried to extinguish the flames that were growing and spreading by stepping on them as she looked back at the her "Um...y-you're... you're on fire" She said more loudly and tapped her pockets looking for her wand but couldn't find it, she realised she had dropped it and quickly went to it and picked it up but fell by stepping on her own robe. She got up, dusted herself off and picked up the wand as she begun to think of the spell they had learned to put out a fire but she couldn't remember what it was called. She was panicking and started to panick in Welsh "O na, o na, pam mae'n rhaid i mi llanast pethau bob amser! Angela ddwl, dwp!" She hit her head with the palm of her hand as kept repeating the words Angela ddwl,dwp! She thought long and hard about what the charm was but just couldn't remember it. She then realized the girl was still on fire and screamed as she rushed over again and continuted to step on it in attempts to put it out.

Fire. Warmth. Burning. And another person. This was not good. Koko's robes were now burning. What the heck? Koko stood up, finally jolting out of her daydream. Her wand was in her pocket, possibly going to be a victim of the fire unless she could grab it. So that was what she did. She reached into her robes pocket and pulled out her wand, still unsure of what to do. Her amber eyes were wide and a little foggy. Unfocused. Until the smell of burning fabric hit her nose and she grimaced. "Extinguo," said the blonde-haired Slytherin, pointing her wand at her robes. The fire went out, but the remnants of her robes were not by any means pretty.
Then the culprit would be her next target. She would not do anything, of course, but she wanted to see the girl more clearly. "Lumos." Her wand lit up. "Who..." Her light voice was cold. She was angry. "Are you? Do you even... know that spell?" Koko was hesitating with her words, not sure what exactly to say. Not wanting to mess it up. She had to speak perfectly.
She slipped her robes off of her shoulders and folded the material over her arm, keeping her gaze on the Ravenclaw. Her pleated skirt swung around her legs as she took a step toward the newcomer. "Do you... Even know what you're doing?" She fingered the Prefect badge on her robes, wondering if she should bring it up. It wasn't a requirement for her to intimidate people - in fact, Koko didn't view herself as intimidating - but she could certainly try. And try she would.
@Angela Nelson I'm so sorry about how late this is!
