Penelope took a deep breath before entering the hospital's room. Her dad had gotten an injury, and she didn't know how bad it was. She had to be prepared. She put her hand to the door, a huge lump in her throat. She wouldn't start crying. She told herself. She knocked three times. Three times, is that too much? What if he has a head injury and noise hurts his head? she asked herself. Oh, stop it.she said to herself. If she was going to keep herself together, she'd have to stop having all these negative thoughts. 
   The door opened. Who opened it surprised her. "William?!" she exclaimed. Her brother, William had been imprisoned in Azkaban 7 years ago. "What're you doing out of prison?" Penelope asked.
   "I served my time." He said, pulling Penelope into a tight embrace. He wore ripped jeans and a tattered shirt. His eyes looked haunted and he had large circles under his eyes. 
    "What happened to dad?" she asked, peering around William. Her dad had a large bloody bandage around his head, and his arm was being held.
    "He fell off his broom. Someone tried to attack him." said William. Penelope gripped onto her 24 year old brother's hand and walked over. Her dad was asleep, but he looked as if he was in pain.
    "Where's mummy?" asked Penelope.
    "She's been here with him ever since he fell off his broom. She went home to get some rest and some food." replied William.
    "William, I missed you." she said, feeling the lump in her throat coming back.
    "I missed you too." He said. William sat down and Penelope scrambled onto him. She buried her face in his shoulder and cried.
    "Shhh, it's ok. Dad's ok. Mum's ok. I'm ok." he said, patting her back.
     "But, -gasp- I missed -gasp- you too much!" said Penelope. She felt her face get all blotchy. She realized just how much she had missed her brother all these years. they sat there in that chair, and eventually, they both drifted off to sleep. 
    When Penelope awoke, William and her mum were talking.  William noticed Penelope was awake first. 
    "Penelope, we're glad you're awake. Mum and dad are going to do a few tests and whatnot, and then he gets surgery. We're going to stay at the leaky cauldron today." said William.
    "ok, lemme change." she said. She walked over to the lavatory and changed. She brushed out her hair and quickly pulled it into a tight ponytail. 
     "So, where do you want to go today?" asked William.
     "What do you mean?" She asked.
     "We can go to Diagon Alley. Any specific stores?" asked William again.
    "Let's go to Weasley's Wizard Weases!!!" She yelled.
    "You still like that place?" asked William.
    "Pff... Of course I do. Let's go!" she said. She grabbed William bye the hand and and ran out the door.
    "Bye mummy!" she yelled over her shoulder. They left St.Mungo's and headed straight for Diagon Alley/ Leaky Cauldron.
