Aloysius was born in the US, in New-Orleans precisely in January, eleven years ago. He grew up in this city. But his two parents were British so he was suppose to go to Hagwarts when he turned eleven. In order to do so, they send him join his brother, who lived with a caretaker in the UK shortly after his birth, in London precisely.
He was raised in a very old family, pure-blood tradition and all. A very strict education just like his older brother and younger sister. This education made him a very quiet boy. He doesn't speak much, even with the people that know him or even with his family. Still, he is extremely polite every time he talk, too polite for a kid of his age but that's how his parents wanted him. He doesn't really get along with his older brother but he is really close to his sister. He isn't very close to his parents. In fact, every time one of their kids turn two, they send him to a boarding school in UK and they are only allow to come home during summer holidays. And when they are old enough to get grades, only if their grades are above excellent otherwise they stay at the boarding school all summer to work and improve their grades. If Aloysius was allowed to go home every year, he'd stay most of the time. He prefered to stay there were he could do almost everything he wanted instead of going home and facing all of the high-born his parents invited all the time. He enjoyed the calm at the boarding school, since almost every student went home. That's was the cause of his very first use of magic. He has just turned 7 and he was told that he will have to go home for every holiday for the rest of the year because his parents wanted to introduce him to some other families or whatever, he didn't wanted to know. He refused and his parents explain to him that he didn't had the choice. There was a short fight and Aloysius became angry, ending up destroying all the windows of the living-room. Judging him anable to behave correctly, his parents allow him to stay at the boarding school like he wanted.
He didn't really care about going to Hogwarts or not, he was just a bit dissapointed knowing that he will have to go home every summer now.
