The Breakroom
OOC: This is a private thread to only CURRENT members of the Hogwarts Headliner. Past members may not post here, and you may not continue to post here if you leave the team, unless it is to make one final post for an IC resignation. All rules regarding WC and what not still apply here.
The breakroom was a small room, located way in the back of the Headliner's location. It appeared to be built with the intentions of being a professor's office, but one couldn't be too sure. Before the team had emerged into the school, the area had appeared unused, and that was noted as such when Alexx began setting it up. It was a wonder that Delilah hadn't touched this, or had the idea of turning it into a breakroom. Then again, her reign as Editor-in-Chief was short-lived, so Alexx doubted that she had the time.
What was now in place was a nice arrangement. Tables. Chairs. The latest issue of the Daily Prophet was on the table. You know, the works. Things could be added in the future, like maybe a snack and drink area if someone wished to make those donations. For now, however, Alexx didn't possess the time nor galleons to make those purchases herself as well as restock.
This was also a good spot to keep your pets whilst one found themselves busy! More often than not was Alexx throwing Rosalie into here, letting her roll around and squeak. She just hoped that no one on the team had any cats that might mistake her for a ball of yarn or one of those toy balls with the bell inside of it. But other than the potential of pets differing from one another, this wasn't a terrible place to let them sit for a while.
Otherwise, this room was rather dull. Each member of the team was more than welcome to make a contribution to the area, seeing as though it was meant to be a place to unwind (unless, of course, Alexx was holding a meeting). But pictures could be added, books or magazines, things could be stored... In fact, Alexx hoped that this would happen because she didn't wish for the area to remain dismal.
Outside of all of that, this was just an ordinary room by Hogwarts standards. The same walls and flooring that could be noticed throughout almost every room in the castle, with nothing particularly unique to it. It did possess a few small windows, but nothing big and grand like what could be seen in the Great Hall.
chill babe. we're all bad in someone's story.

The Breakroom
Santario admittedly had not formally met most of her fellow Headliners, but not for lack of desire. San had always been ahead down getting work done kind of person. It wasn’t until her best friend became just that, that she had the capability to be more sociable. Then she heard about the Breakroom for members on the paper this would kill two birds with one stone. Not only could she put herself in a position to meet the people she worked with, but she could also hideaway here to work on things. When she didn’t want to deal with the mass amounts of students everywhere else as some things just required peace, and she knew these guys knew that more than most.
Since October was over San had three medium-sized white pumpkins in her arms balancing them precariously as she opened the door. As gently as she could she would shut the door behind her with her foot. “My mom sent these and I wasn’t sure if we could use them in here next year. I certainly don’t have anywhere to put them otherwise. They aren’t real so we can use them every year.” Her silvery voice called out not even knowing if she was talking to anyone as the pumpkins blocked her view while she made her way to the table to gently set them down. This was when she realized that she really only even knew three people on the paper. Alexx, Koko, and Ruby because they were all on the quidditch team together. Even then she wouldn’t say she knew them well at all.
The pumpkins may have been fake but they still had weight to them their size about nine inches/twenty-three centimeters in diameter. Her sapphire eyes now unblocked from the pumpkins would scan the room for anyone else in there and a crooked half-smile would follow if anyone else was in here with her. A little feeling of social awkwardness would take its course as she realized how silly she must have looked carrying those in.
