Create a story
This is a game that I came up with on the fly. Basically, how it works is that the person before you gives you the ending to the story, for example. "And that's why I'll never be able to go to that store again." and you have to create any kind of story you want to fit it. Like how I would write it is like this.
"So I went down to the 7-11 the other day for some junk food and didn't care enough to put on underwear, I just put some sweatpants and a shirt on. I walked down there and bought my stuff. When I went up to the counter, I saw the cashier restraining a laugh and I asked what was up. That's when he pointed to the gaping hole in the back of my pants. And that's why I'll never be able to go to that store again."

Pretty simple right? Hopefully you guys enjoy this. Let's get it started with this.

"And that how I ended up on the flagpole."

I was walking my dog late at night and felt like somebody was watching me. So I started walking faster and faster until I was in a full out sprint. But then I had the strangest sensation and realize that I couldn't hear my footsteps anymore. I looked down and saw that I was actually a hundred feet from the ground! I saw my dog way down below, barking his head off at the phenomenal event but I just enjoyed this crazy ride, flying through the air until I reached the clouds.

It was like flying through a barrier that freed me of my problems, all the weights relieved of me and I was just another cloud in the sky. I was in perfect harmony with myself, totally relaxed as I gazed up at the moon who smiled back at me with his lopsided grin when the most random thought crossed my mind: what about school?

And then I was falling, falling, falling, back to earth, back to reality. Back to my problems, who felt like they'd not disappeared but had always been there, their effect muted for the tranquilest of moments.

Coincidentally I was right above my school, nearing the flag the size of an entire room, representing a freedom I often forgot that I had. My eyes close just as my hood catches on the top. And that's how I ended up on the flagpole.

So when I was little, little being a naive eleven year old, I decided to mess around with a ouija board. Stupid, right? Not only did I play ALONE (which is a big no-no), but I never said goodbye. even worse...I did this in the bathroom where my super-religious parents never went because they believed in privacy. Well. I unlocked a portal to some sort of spirit world, and now I can't even enter the bathroom. And that's why I can't take a shower.

"On Halloween, I and my friends decided to egg some houses, like the chaotic highschoolers we were.
So we walked down Killion street for a block or two, until we came across a humongous house. It had vines on it, the lights were turned off, and the bushes were completely overgrown. Clearly, no one has been there for years. So we opened 2 cartons of rotten eggs and started chucking them at the house. Soon, not 5 minutes in, the lights turned on and all my friends bulked it. Except for me. "
" Apparently the house belonged to the town's grumpy old librarian, Mrs.Collins. She called the police on me, my mother furious, and I lost my library card."
" And that's why I'm banned from the public library."

When I was very young, my parents took me on a whale-watching cruise off the east coast of the US. We didn't see many whales, but we did see a few dolphins, I mean I didn't but my parents did, I was too short to see over the railing. When we finally saw a whale, at first we were like cool, but then we started to feel bad for it, as it was being attacked by a dolphin. Now, this was my first impression of dolphins, so I thought that they were naturally violent creatures
When I went to bed that night, I had dreams of violent dolphins. They started out with dolphins attacking each other, then the whales, then they began to attack me. I never really got over the fright from that nightmare. And that's why I'm afraid of dolphins.

And that's why I think popcorn's out to kill me.

Where I live, there is a tiny species of flea notorious for their shapeshifting abilities which we have come to call the Scray. These tiny, irritating insects connect to each other to create or mimic something else — they can even change color to better sell the disguise. Because of the sheer accuracy of these creations, we have never been able to fully get rid of them, though we've tried many, many times. I have had a number of encounters with them over the years, but the one I'm about to tell you definitely takes the cake.

One morning I woke up at around noon, as per usual, and lumbered drowsily downstairs to get a cup of coffee. Having just woken up, I wasn't paying much attention to my surroundings and was just going through the motions of my morning routine, my brain on autopilot. I grabbed my favorite mug from the cupboard, set it on the counter, and began brewing my coffee for the day. As the smell began to fill the kitchen, slowly kicking my brain into action, I wandered about, grabbing condiments for what I was anticipating to be a good cup of joe.

When the coffee was finally ready, I picked up the pot and poured it into my mug. In my haste to get caffeine in my system, I didn't notice the slightly chunky texture to the liquid and instead just went on my merry way, adding sugar and creamer and any other condiments I felt in the mood for. It wasn't until I took a sip that I realized what I was drinking wasn't coffee. I quickly spat out the concoction and dropped my mug with a start. However, to my surprise, the ceramic didn't shatter when it hit the floor. Instead, it exploded into thousands of tiny black bugs, which quickly scuttled for any sort of cover they could find. I screamed and ran out of the kitchen at fast as I could. The next half hour I spent running around my house and shouting; "The Cups are Scray! The Cups are Scray!"

How did we get here again?

It was a normal day. I had woken up and gone for an early morning jog down to the coffee shop. Once I entered the quaint store, I knew something was off. As I couldn't put my finger on what, I decided that it was purely a figment of my imagination.

Cautiously, I approached the counter to order my usual green tea and chocolate donut. The cashier rung up my cost and I handed over a gift card that covered the cost. As I sat down at one of the side tables to finish my drink, I figured out what was off.

There was a hunched figure in the corner. It appeared to be a student, only a few years younger than I. They were looking intently at something on the ground. I walked over, curious to what was so important. Standing there, in all of its fuzzy horror, was a huge black spider. And, when I say huge, I mean the size of my fist. Needless to say, I was scared out of my wits. The chocolate donut fell from my hand and I bolted out of the store.

I have a small fear of spiders, well, it's not that small. My jog back home was more of a sprint as I was terrified that that spider would follow me home and eat me in my sleep.

And that is why there is a random donut on the ground.

One day, I was casually walking through the woods. I approached a cave, and, being quite curious, entered. I was sure to be quiet for my father had told me many stories about dragons in caves. I had never believed them. Until now. In front of me lay a dragon. It scales were a fiery red and small horns grew from its head. Smoke blew in and out of the dragon’s large nostrils. I decided to get out of this cave, for I didn’t want to die and the hands . . . er . . . claws of a dragon. As I walked out, my foot stepped on a branch which lay on the ground. The heavy breathing of the dragon cane to a halt behind me. I turned around to see two fiery red/orange eyes staring and me, and a heavily toothed mouth salivating. In a heartbeat, I ran. I ran faster than I had ever run before. When I was far from the cave, I came to a stop to catch my breath. That day, I almost died because of a dragon. Now you know why dragons should never be awoken from there slumber.

And that’s why I went to outer space.

One day, I had a jerking feeling to go to outer-space. Something intrigued me, something out of the ordinary. Could it be Saturn's seductive wrings, or Mars' red hot surface? I don't know, but I wish to find out. Space is a dangerous place, but I have a gut wrenching feeling that I'll be fine!

"What is a cheap and an affordable way to travel to space?" I pondered to myself. "AHAH!" I can sto-away on a NASA ship..My plan was genius! So that very night, I stole all the spare change I had and trekked to the closest NASA base. Fifteen hours had passed, and I saw a giant satellite disk pointing at the sky, knowing with hope it was them. Scouting the area, I saw a rocket being refueled, this was my window of opportunity! I grabbed scraps of wooden branches and leaves to make a fake bush. With that, I crept slowly but stealthily to the ship, boarding like the flash on the last second.

Taking off the bush suit, I was happy it was over, then I fell slowly asleep on the cargo part. Not long after five minutes, I accidentally stepped on a Doritos pack and alerted the astronauts. I was frightened, as they pulled me over to question. Right then and there, we set course right back to earth, and with a stern groan, one astronaut exclaimed "Ooh your tasty, I'm gonna eat ya!!"

That's why I'm always scared of astronauts.

To say that space was enticing would be an understatement. The vast unknown was pulling, exciting, a world yet to be discovered. Of course, I wasn’t allowed to go up there into the eternal vacuum. But oh, how a I wanted to.

Now, I’ll admit, stowing away on a spaceship probably wasn’t my
smartest idea. In fact, it was probably the worst idea I’d ever come up with. But I did it. I slipped into the cockpit, hiding behind a container of something that I didn’t know.

The astronauts boarded, and we were off.

As we lifted off the ground, the crate I was behind was shuffled around. From within it, I heard… a squelching noise? My curiosity got the best of me, and I peeked in.

I immediately wished I hadn’t. For one, the [i/]stench was horrible! But the view of what was inside it? That was even worse…

Contained within the crate were dismembered body parts. But they didn’t look like they belonged to ordinary humans. They seemed like… like the bodies of alien life.

I nearly screamed in terror, quickly putting the lid back and hiding behind the crate. Terrified, I thought,
I can not get caught…

I never looked at dogs the same way again.
