It was not often that Marla participated in things. In fact, she strayed away from doing so. Primary school, despite the name, was certainly not her prime. Why you could say it was the worst time of her life. Muggle schoolwork was ever so boring. English, history, and god, math? Just thinking about it made her want to hurl. Being in a magic school was not only a relief, but just short of a miracle. But for someone as much as a riot, witty, and just charming as Savannah Rose, how could she pass up an offer like that one? To join a club shrouded with mystery and filled to the brim with adrenaline and knowledge, her mouth watered at the thought of something so brilliant.

A smile tugging at her lips, she held a few white fliers tightly in her hand, weaving through students and glancing at the walls. She made her way to a part of the hallway free of all people, the only thing remnant of them being the distant sound of chatter and footsteps. Making her way to the wall, she placed a flier on the cool stone, taking a few steps back to look at it.

She narrowed her eyes, before hearing a deep voice, a mature voice. Whether it was a professor, or the caretaker, it was surely an authority member, and she couldn't be seen doing this. In a flurry of nervousness, she dropped all of the copies of her papers and scurried back towards the Gryffindor common room.

Now, you, whoever is reading this, somehow come across these mysterious fliers. Whether it was because you found them on the floor, another gave you one, or you had noticed it on the wall, there was something about it that caught your attention. Whether you took it or not, well, only God knows. And, well, only God knows what's in store for you. Will you find out the secrets woven into this supposed Dark Witch Society? Or is it simply a light-hearted club to learn about dark magic and what it does?

Well, that is simply up to you.

The link to the club joining is here. If you'd like to join, it's now or never because sign-ups are closing soon!

This is going to be the worst solo ever so rip

Wandering the halls was something she did frequently, and today would be no different. Mari had tried to see if Lucy would be willing to eat breakfast with her, but the Ravenclaw had been elusive since she had been sorted. Heck, she had been elusive since they had separated before the Hogwarts Express.

So here she was again, reliving what majority of her first year was, wandering the halls by herself. Mari thanked her lucky stars that it wasn't a full moon so she at least felt somewhat rested, or more like able to walk without fearing she'd fall asleep while standing up.

A glint of red hair caught her eye and she wondered if that was her only friend and future lover, Marla Quinlan. There really were only a couple redheads at Hogwarts, so it probably was her. But, just as soon as she was about the approach the redhead, the girl disappeared. Mari opened her mouth in an effort to shout after the girl but then closed it soon after. No....Marla was busy, she probably didn't want to talk to her. But maybe she could owl her about another suspicious professor. That Flying professor liked kissing far too much...

She picked up the paper before her and looked at it curiously. Dark witches? Well, ever since she had gotten bit she had supposed that she was now a dark witch....Guess it was worth taking a paper.

Mari pocketed the flyer and moseyed on her way, wondering when the meetings would be. Maybe it would be a good way to make friends. Maybe...
