Airlia was walking along the shelves of Flourish and Blotts, her fingers tracing the spines of old books decorated with golden calligraphy.

You could find everything and nothing at Flourish and Blotts. There were so many books on every subject imaginable. Creatures, studies, stories, languages, politics, music and brooms.

Your every single book dream could be fulfilled there but sometimes finding the right book could be hard. With so many options and books basically blending into each other on the shelves, it was sometimes dizzying to realize that you needed to find one small instruction book in the middle of all that literature.

Airlia pulled a book about winged horses from the shelf and scrolled through it with a smile. It had a section about the winged horses in the Winter family. It had always amused Airlia that their tradition of each Winter woman owning a winged horse interested people so much. It was regular for her since she'd grown up around them, but for the rest of the world, it was a newsworthy story.

Just as Airlia placed the book back on the shelf she looked across the store and something, well someone caught her eye.

A girl around her age with dark golden brown hair. The girl had fair skin almost akin to Airlia's and she was a lot taller than Airlia. The girl's legs seemed to stretch on for ages and she stood with her back straight with excellent posture.

Something about the girl made Airlia think she looked familiar. She just couldn't remember how or what it was about the girl that made her look at the girl as if she knew her.

"Hey I'm sorry to bother you but you look really familiar. Do we know each other?" Airlia asked as she walked over to the girl. "My name is Airlia Winter."
