History/Background Story: Severus was born in Inverness, Scotland but his parents moved to Aberdeeen while he was still very young. His father was a physicist and his mother was a mathematician. They would could constantly berate him for not being as smart or talented as they wanted him to be. He isolated himself from them due to all of this. He played the violin a lot, using music as an escape from real life. He became quite good at it, but his parents never showed any interest in his musical ability, as they saw music as "unnecessary" and "a distraction from pushing humanity forward"
His parents never told him about magic until he himself revealed magical ability by accidentaly making a window in the house dissapear, causing rain to pour into the house. His parents didn't react strongly to this. They told Severus quickly about him having wizard blood and then never mentioned it again until he was admitted into Hogwarts.
When he was admitted into Hogwarts he was thrilled. His parents weren't that thrilled. They mainly didn't care about it. They sent him off with directions of where to go, and just a small goodbye.
Hogwarts Activity:
Severus was sorted into Slytherin, which came as a surprise to him. He spends a lot of his time in the library, because of how quiet it usually is. He has also met most of his friends in the library. As for classes, his favourite class has been potions so far. The first homework he got back was charms, potions, and astronomy. He got all Os which made him incredibly happy.
